The villa features a colorful, well-maintained garden that perfectly matches the Mediterranean atmosphere. The enclosed swimming pool of 12 by 6 meters with a diving board is a real eye-catcher. The pool terrace has been recently renovated and enlarged, providing even more space for relaxation. Here you will find comfortable sun loungers and lounge chairs to enjoy the sun and the view.

The renovated summer kitchen with bar, freezer, and refrigerator is ideal for a cozy barbecue or a snack and a drink. The spacious covered terrace offers shade and invites you to enjoy delicious al fresco meals. From the terrace, you can admire the lagoon and passing yachts.

The villa is spacious and exudes Mediterranean charm. On the first floor, you'll find the living room and dining room with a glass facade, ensuring you don't miss the breathtaking view. During the day, you can see the yachts on the lagoon, and in the evening, enjoy the lights in the harbor. The kitchen is fully equipped and overlooks the swimming pool, so you won't miss any action outside. The laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and two additional refrigerators is located on the ground floor.

Villa Belle Étang - Comfort and Extra Services

The villa is fully equipped for a carefree stay. Final cleaning is included, as well as the use of linen (sheets, towels, and kitchen towels). Beach towels can be rented optionally.

Upon request, we can arrange an experienced chef at an additional cost to prepare delicious meals or a babysitter for extra convenience. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
