Villa Belkis is a modern-style villa located in the countryside between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica, in the heart of the Itria Valley. Surrounded by large land with olive trees, Mediterranean shrubs and aromatic herbs, it offers an ideal setting for relaxation. Built on one level, the villa combines traditional and modern materials, with classic stone vaults and thick white walls that create fresh and comfortable environments. The layout includes three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, and a kitchen with dining area that opens, through sliding glass doors, onto a veranda equipped as an outdoor living room. A few steps from the villa is the pool area, dominated by a large terrace furnished with outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The location offers the charm of the countryside with the convenience of the coast and cultural centers a short distance away. The beaches of Torre Guaccio and the historic centers of Ostuni, Cisternino and Alberobello are easily accessible by car.

Interiors:
The villa is on one floor. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into a kitchen with dining area and sliding doors that open onto the veranda used as an outdoor living room; two double bedrooms with a king-size bed (one convertible into a twin), both with en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden; independent access from the veranda to a suite with king-size bed and bathroom with shower.
Park:
The fenced park extends over approximately 6,000 square meters, featuring olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation. The garden is planted with aromatic herbs such as bay laurel, rosemary, and lavender. Beyond the entrance gate, there is a parking area for five cars, two of which are covered by a canopy. A gazebo is located near the villa’s entrance. Outside the kitchen and dining area, a furnished veranda opens onto the garden, with outdoor sofas arranged around a suspended fireplace. Just a few steps away, the pool area features a spacious patio with a dining table, an outdoor kitchen with cooktop, stone sink, and barbecue, as well as an adjacent herb garden. In one corner of the garden, there is a laundry room. The property also includes a golf training area, with a professional practice station set in the greenery and equipped with a golf mat for practicing all types of shots.
Pool:
The pool is located a few meters from the villa, adjacent to the outdoor living area. Rectangular in shape; measures 12 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1 to 1.60 m; covered in PVC; access through three submerged steps; salt purification system; indoor and outdoor lighting. A large waterfall decorates one side of the pool, creating natural water features and colorful reflections. The surrounding solarium is paved with anti-slip Albanian stone and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas on one side. At the lower end is a built-in sofa with waterproof cushions, next to which a cold water shower is installed. The pool is open from Saturday of the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
