Villa Bela Vista is a stunning, well furnished 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa located in a fully fenced plot, electric gates, large lawn area and open plan well-presented pool terrace areas and sea views. Located in Areias Dos Moinhos, just 10 - 15 mins walk into the town, with restaurants closer. This property accommodates up to 9 people and is a perfect property for a couple of families or a group of friends.



Villa Bela Vista is set in 1500 m² of land and about 215 m²; of living space. When entering the property a door to the right leads you up an elegant staircase to a private master suite area. There is a double bedroom with large dressing area, a shower room and a small lounge with TV. Both the dressing area and small lounge are linked by a partially shaded terrace/balcony with stunning views and rattan comfy seats.



Downstairs on entering to the right, there is a large open plan lounge (TV and fireplace) leading through to a sold dining room table and chairs. The lounge and dining area both open up onto the pool terrace area. Next to the dining area is a fully equipped kitchen with all mod-cons.



Sleeping areas downstairs consist of a double bedroom en-suite bathroom with shower. This airy bedroom has patio doors opening up onto back terrace. A twin bedroom with patio doors opening onto the back terrace. A triple bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed (6ft length), this is normally used for children and has no access to the terrace, only a window. The Twin and triple bedrooms share a shower room. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which can be used in winter as a heater. There is WiFi access and a safe available.



Villa Bela Vista has stunning outdoor areas for larger groups to be able to lounge without being on top of each other. The main terrace areas to the rear surround the private swimming pool. There is a large shaded area with a table and chairs for 9 and a BBQ for clients to use. The owners have planned and furnished the villa in and out to a high standard with sturdy rattan table and chairs as well as sunbeds, there is even built-in retractable windbreaks. For the kids, there is large lawn area for a kick about. At the front of the villa is large terrace area, drive with parking for a number of cars behind electric gates.

It is just too much to mention. But if want to visit the unspoiled parts of Portugal the historic ton of Silves is only a 20 minutes drive away.
