Villa Beach Palace Luxury 5 Bed Villa w/heatable Pool, Jacuzzi, 500m Beach AC

We had a fantastic holiday with 9 of us. Villa has loads of space and everything you need.Andrea met us as agreed for handover and everything was ready.Hot Tub and Pool were lovely.We made excellent use of the BBQ and the covered seating area.

This is the forth visit to this lovely house for our family of 10. Andrea, our host, is always so helpful and there if we need anything. Excellent location, only a few minutes walk to the beach and lovely town. The house is well set up for a group holiday - games room is fantastic for the children and the outside area is lovely and relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa.The agent, Andrea, was superb and maintained excellent communications with us before, during and after our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her, totally professional and helpful throughout! The villa was immaculately clean upon our arrival and everything worked as it should. The free wi-fi was also very good, all of us were permanently connected throughout our stay, and no-one had any issues whatsoever.The bedrooms were all large with their own bathrooms, there was oodles of outside space for sunbathing, with large balconies upstairs and a lovely roof terrace right at the top.The pool and jacuzzi were very clean, with the pool maintenance man coming several times during our stay, arriving very early each time so as not to disturb us!The villa was ideally located with all of the local amenities being but a 10 min walk away. The Lidl supermarket was a 5 min drive, and has everything most people would require. There are also plenty of other shops, bars and restaurants near the beach, which is also a short walk away.The weather was glorious and we all had a beautiful 2-weeks at this villa.We really did not have any issues to speak of, and we will be returning to this property next year.Thoroughly recommended!

We had a great week. The villa is lovely and had easy access to the beach and town. Andrea is a fantastic host, and really helpful from the moment we booked.

We had a lovely stay in the villa - fantastic pool / hot tub and close to the beach. We had 3 generations in the group - there was plenty of space and more than enough entertainment options to keep everyone happy! Highly recommend this villa!

Fabulous time was had by all. The villa was superb, games area was used a lot. Very spacious, lovely big rooms and a wonderful outside area. Would certainly recommend for large families.

The Villa and outside area was amazing. Everything was of good quality and well maintained. Andrea communicated exceptionally well, and she was there to greet us even though it was late at night. The best Villa we have stayed in.

We stayed over Easter. Villa was fantastic. Great size rooms, well equipped and the pool and hot tub were perfect. Recommend paying to have the pool heated outside of summer time.Would definitely stay again

We were a group of 8 adults and we had a lovely time at the vila. There was plenty of space for everyone with 5 beautiful large bedrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The vila is beautifully decorated with a taste of luxury. and a chill out spot in the basement with games. There is plenty of outdoor space too with a great pool, hot tub and plenty of loungers. It is a short 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket, which is very convenient and an even shorter walk to the beach. All in all everyone had a great stay.

We enjoyed a two week stay here as a family of nine with ages ranging from 10-79. The villa is absolutely beautiful both inside & out, very well laid out & comfortable for a large group with plenty of space. The games room downstairs was an added bonus for the younger members of our party. The outside areas are also well laid out with lots of room for those that like to sunbathe, a great pool, & a shaded outside dining area equipped with BBQ. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival & we had a midstay change of bed linen & towels, & a thorough clean throughout as well. Beach/pool towels were also provided & changed too. The property manager, Andrea, was a pleasure to deal with; she was very helpful answering any questions/queries we had both before & during our stay. She also met us on our arrival at the villa to show us around & provide some useful information. The villa is situated in a quiet area, but just a short 5-10 minute walk from the beach & lively town where there’s plenty of restaurants, & the best ice cream shop – N’Ice Cream! The only thing we would note is that the pool does not have the sun on it for the entire day due to the layout & also the shade from the trees. The kids found it a bit chilly to start with but soon got used to it, but if you’re not staying during the peak summer months then you might want to take the optional extra of having the pool heated. We would highly recommend this villa & wouldn’t hesitate to rebook if we visit this area again

Beautiful and well equipped Villa with a layout perfect for a large group , yet with spaces for privacy. The garden, pool and outdoor dining are great.Very clean and well prepared when we arrived. Andrea , the property manager , was very friendly and professional and even arranged for an extra coffee machine to suit us. She gave us lots of local tips and advice and dealt swiftly with any questions. Very close to the beach and a large range of restaurants, bars and shops.

Nice property, well situated. We were 10 people, Kids and adults enjoyed it. One thing I would recommend is to have someone to clean the house maybe once a week. We stayed 7 days and had nos access to a vacuum cleaner and cleaning products. With 6 kids in the house, it would have been nice to have those. We really enjoyed our stay. Andrea was great and effective. We had a problem with one of the AC so I texted her in the evening and they fixed it the next day.

The property was prefect for our family of 8 adults, 1 teen and two infants. The only thing was the tiles outside the pool were quite slippy for the kids so would recommend some sort of non slip shoe when they are out of the pool.

Beautiful villa with tasteful furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds around the pool area. Things that could be improved Chopping boards( only 1 small ) A welcome starter kit with dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and condiments would be preferable to wine and cake. Only 1 toilet paper per bathroom was abit mean. Otherwise a wonderful holiday was had.
