Stayed Oct 18, 2025Although the villa does not have internal connections to all floors (the down floor is isolated from the rest), we liked the villa very much. It is spacious, has a nice veranda and a well equipped balcony. The beds are good. The swimming pool is great. The villa is a wonderful place to spend holidays in a large group/family.

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The villa is very run down and requires significant maintenance. Some of the issues we encountered with the electrics were quite frankly dangerous. The ant and cockroach infestation was foul and difficult to manage even with appropriate products, shower curtains were in tatters or non existent, door handles held on with cable ties, masonry falling of walls and roof, grounds significantly over grown and unkept compared to advertised pictures. The walk way to beach is damaged and not convincingly attached to the rock face! Pomos itself is a beautiful area and we would recommend the area but not the villa!

Stayed Jun 16, 2025The property is in a lovely location, the pool and the beach access were used daily. We stayed as a large family group and there was plenty of space for us to be together as a group and also to have individual time/down time to relax as well. The local businesses were great and we made good use of the restaurants, bars and shops and everyone we met was so friendly and nice.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024The property is so well equipped, the host provided all the basics we needed and more. The villa is absolutely beautiful and the view really is heaven. We had a couple of problems but the property manager and hospitality team were so available and responsive . We we would definitely go back.
