All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Moreover, the pool house (approx. 46 m2) offers an additional amenity, as it includes a second kitchen equipped with fireplace, sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, a rustic dining area with smart TV, as well as a bathroom with a shower. Furthermore, there is a games room in the attic with billiards, darts and foosball. This space is air-conditioned.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
