Our Villa Aviva is located on a south facing property in a quiet location in the southwest of Cape Coral - right on a canal with connection to the Gulf of Mexico. By boat you are in about 50 minutes at the lock at the marina. In total, Cape Coral offers 400 miles (640 km) of waterways and canals. If you are interested in renting a boat, we can provide contacts to boat rental companies. Our home has a boatdeck and -lift.

Stayed Dec 2, 2023It is beautiful, very spacious and extremely well equipped house - all in all, we would definitively stay there again. The only very minor arw of improvement are the blinds in the master bedroom, which do not really block the sunlight - however, if you are an early riser this is not of any concern … Absolutely recommemd the place!
