Villa Aurelia - Pool, Jacuzzi, BBQ and Ping-Pong By LVH

Villa Aurelia is located in a quiet area of Playa Blanca but at the same time just a few minutes by car from the beach and the town centre. The house is about 20 minutes walking, and only 2 minutes by car from Playa Flamingo, with crystal clear water and golden sand. From there, they can access the seafront promenade with bars and restaurants. The Aquapark is 10 minutes walking from the house and there is a small supermarket 600m away.



At the entrance of the house, they willfind a spacious sofa with views of the pool and a smart TV with satellite channels. The entire property has WiFi with fibre, ideal also if they need to telework. It also has a very well-equipped kitchen with complete kitchenware, four hobs, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.



The house has a total of 4 bedrooms.

The main bedroom has a double bed (150x200cm), wardrobe cabin, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning (with coin system).

The second bedroom has separate beds (can be joined if needed) with a fan, large wardrobe and safe. Opposite, they will find the third bedroom with bunk bed and desk. The fourth room also has separate beds, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning (with coin system).

All bathrooms have a hairdryer and baby extras such as cup and baby bathtub.



It is an ideal place to spend a family holiday.

It has a spacious outdoor area to enjoy the day outdoors with games to entertain during family days or with friends such as table football, goal and ping-pong table.

The pool and jacuzzi enjoy privacy and absence of wind. The front terrace also has sunbeds, an outdoor shower and a semi-covered area with sofas and small table to relax, read or have a drink in company.

The side outdoor area has a barbecue with outdoor table, chairs, kitchen plan and small refrigerator to eat or dine outdoors.

Additionally, they can enjoy a spectacular solarium area on the top of the property with table, chairs, sunbeds and drink cooler table to relax sunbathing and drinking something fresh.



Bed linen and one set of towels per person are provided, as well as pool towels.

They can park the car in the interior space of the property.

The pool can be heated upon request for a supplement.

Cot and baby bathtub available upon request, at no extra cost.

The property has solar panels to reduce environmental impact.

A small extra cost applies for air conditioning.

Outside of guest booking periods, the property is monitored by ADT through motion sensors and exterior cameras.
