Bedroom (in the turret, first floor): French bed, air conditioning, heating, wardrobe, large terrace with lake view, private bathroom.

Living room area: One double sofa bed with smart TV in front, heating, and air conditioning.

Outdoor Spaces

Fully fenced garden with rich vegetation, hedges, and decorative details for maximum privacy.

Private pool (closed from September 30 to April 1 as it is not heated).

Large furnished terrace with table and chairs – perfect for outdoor dining.

Barbecue available for guests.

Two private parking spaces inside the property (no garage).
