Villa Anka - Five-Bedroom Villa with Terrace and Swimming Pool

Our big family with two adults and five teeagers rented the house for 10 days. We had a great stay. The owner is very nice ang came by regurarly to make sure the pool was kept very clean and to water the plants. I like being up early so I made sure his belowed orange tree had enough water. Nice and reasonable priced restaurant in Zaton, just 10 min walking distance. Also nive restaurant few meters away. Recomend renting a boat in Zaton and explore beaches by boat. It is about the same price as going to a restaurant in Old city Dubrovnic, at least with my big family.

Nice and spacious villa with all the necessary amenities, The sofa in the living room was comfortable for lounging after a long day, The location was quiet, which we really appreciated,

The villa was perfect for our family getaway! The kids loved the swimming pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor dining area for our BBQ nights, The garden was a lovely spot to relax in the evenings,

Villa Anka was the perfect getaway for our family! Spacious and well-equipped, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed many barbecues on the terrace in the evenings, Highly recommend this place!

great villa near Dubrovnik with large and very clean pool with night lighting :)A great villa if you want a comfortable and affordable stay near Dubrovnik, The villa can also comfortably accommodate 2 families with children (we would recommend it for 8 people), as there are 4 full-sized bedrooms, Evenings can be spent in the very large, fenced and comfortable yard of the villa, where you can safely leave your car, there are deckchairs, a large table for sitting, sun umbrellas, outdoor grill, table tennis, outdoor shower, and most importantly, a large and very clean plunge pool with night lighting :), Zaton Marina and Beach are within walking distance and Dubrovnik Old Town is also a short drive away, The host is kind and caring, We send our warmest wishes,

We had a fantastic time at Villa Anka, The living area was bright and inviting, and the bedrooms were large enough for our group of 10, The balcony view was a nice touch, and being able to bring our dog made our stay even better

Villa Anka is a whole vibe, Super spacious, perfect for squad trips, The pool hits different on a hot day, and the BBQ area is a must for late night hangs, Only a short ride to the Old Town, but far enough to avoid the tourist chaos, 10/10 would recommend
