Villa and guest house with outstanding sea views extensive gardens and huge pool

This is a beautiful home with large gracious rooms. Plenty of room for all ages. Great kitchen with all the gadgets and mod-cons. The pool is full sized and very secure with the iron fencing.It is much easier to use a taxi, Uber or the train to visit the surrounding areas as parking in the smaller towns and Malaga is impossible.My one negative comment is that the lock on the outside gate is old and the tumblers are worn thus it is very finicky and we were never sure that it was going to open.

What an amazing place to stay! Perfect for all ages. Plenty of space inside and out for anyone to get quiet time if needed. Kids absolutely loved having the playhouse to play in when needing time out the sun. Communication with Jenny was fantastic. Always on hand to answer any questions and nothing was too much trouble. The house is so well equipped, has everything you need. This really was a brilliant find and definitely will be returning. We loved that the pool was gated all the way around, helped with the children. We can't thank Jenny enough for letting us stay in her beautiful family home. It was lovely to feel so welcome and relaxed

Villa Acuario is the perfect holiday house. An oasis of tranquility and convenient to all the vibrant cultural site, sporting activities, shopping, and great restaurants in the Malaga area. The pergola is heaven—gorgeous views of the sea with soft breezes and comfy sofas. The garden is lovely and fragrant. The pool is large and central to the house and guest house. We had an awesome family reunion of 11 people of all ages from ages 1 to 70 years old. Everyone said it was the best holiday ever!! The main house is an ideal balance of a comfortable family home and elegance. The bedrooms (ensuite) are split on either side of the living, dining, and kitchen areas allowing for privacy for all the guests. The kitchen is a “cook’s kitchen”. There are 4 dining table options—next to the kitchen, formal dining table with a view of the garden and 2 large outdoor tables. The guest house allows for additional privacy and areas for people (for example older children) to gather together. The whole property feels like you are staying in your own private luxury resort. We spent half a day touring each in Malaga and Marbella, boating, hiking, and swimming on beaches and then went “home” to relax, talk, enjoy each other’s company and the beauty of the sea, house, and gardens. Jenny is a most welcoming and helpful host. She is available to answer any question, make recommendations (she recommended a fabulous chef to cook for us) and give local advice on where to hike or find necessities.

Beautiful location and large plot - would thoroughly recommend and hope to return next year!

We have recently returned from a 10 day holiday at this amazing property. The main house, summer house and pool (basically everything) could not have been more perfect for our large family group of 12. We immediately felt at home and at ease. As mentioned in other reviews, Jenny, the owner, was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. I have booked a number of villas previously and this was definitely the easiest and best interaction and villa I have had. We really didn't want to leave,!

Very good location and property is exactly as described. Suited all of your needs from 7 years old to 77! Owner was exceptional and i know helped my sister with any queries or questions including a video tour of the property before we turned up. Highly recommended for all

We had a wonderful week with extended family in Jenny's house. Fitted 4 different families with different aged kids all of whom had a blast. Really well appointed kitchen with loads of equipment plus herbs, oils etc which was great. Loads of stuff to keep everyone busy......pool toys, pingpong table, basketball hoop. Also a piano which thrilled one of the guests! Location was great. Steep but very possible walk into beautiful Benalmedena Pueblo, also lots of convenient supermarkets nearby. Garden was beautiful and had loads of secret spaces for hiding out with a book. Only small criticism would be for such a large house parking is very limited. All in all a wonderful house, great holiday and a very approachable and helpful team!

We have had a brilliant week at villa Acuario. Jenny was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay answering any questions we had and offering advice about the area etc. The house it self was perfect for a larger group with children. Lots of exploring for the children to do in the gardens and the little play house was great! Filled with toys too. The pool was gated which made it nice and safe for the little ones. Very accommodating for babies. There was two travel cots available and high chairs so it really was perfect - we had six children under the age of 5! We had everything we needed. We spent our days around the pool using the bbq for lunches and had our evening meals out at some lovely restaurants. The pueblo would be walkable for adults but as we had so many young children we chose to get taxi’s. They arrived within 5 minutes and only cost 8 Euros to the pueblo (old town) and 13 to the beach / marina. Overall we had a fantastic week and if we were so exhausted from running round after small people all week we’d be booking again!

The best vacation thanks to the amazing house, beautiful garden and super pool. Jenny the host was so nice, informative and welcoming. The house is designed with a lot of love and care and so was the garden. We were 2 families and we spent 3 weeks with small kids and grownups and it was perfect. The pool has a fence so it was very safe for the small kids. It was August but there was cool air especially in the lovely pagoda, the view was amazing. Jenny the host was so nice and helped us in any question or request we had. The place looks even better then the pictures. Even the cleaner was super nice and we asked her to come every day to cook breakfast ( additional of course) and we totally fell in love with her. The house (including the guest house), pool and garden is highly maintained. The old town next to the house is very nice and has good restaurants. Thanks to all of this we had the perfect vacation and we definitely plan to go back.
