Amazing view, best pool in the whole area, outside architecture great and the owners are the best, you have a questions and they directly answer or send someone to help you..the perfect place to relax and not go anywhere, I stayed a week and was really sad when I left, I will definitely come back!!!!

Wide ocean view, with an exceptionally long pool. Perfect for swimming laps. Really nice villa, a beautiful modern design, great kitchen and furniture. Definitely recommend.

My clients were very happy with the location and standard of the villa. They had a great stay. It would have been slightly better if the owner, manager could have been a bit quicker responding to some of our queries. But overall very good experience and would reserve with them for future clients.

Villa Amaranta is a dream come true. The house is as beautiful as it appears on the website, the views from every room are stunning, and it is the best-equipped house that we have ever rented. The house was very clean, and the outdoor areas, including the pool and jacuzzi, were perfectly maintained. The owners, Francisco and Rebecca, were very responsive to all of our questions during the booking process, and were so gracious when we met them and checked into the house. The caretaker came every few days to check the pool, jacuzzi and outdoor areas, and was polite and kind. The house is perfectly situated for many activities. My husband is a cyclist, and went on long bicycle rides each day in the surrounding countryside. We took daily walks to the lighthouse, Faro Carminal, and one day walked further along to visit a charming little goat farm to buy farm fresh eggs and goat cheese. We enjoyed a hike to Bolonia Beach one day, visited the beach at Zahara de los Atunes twice, and had delicious lunches at the chiringuito, La Luna. We drove over to Barbate to see the local festival and maritime procession, Feria del Carmen. We took a day trip to Morocco, which is just a quick drive and a short ferry ride away from the villa. The beach directly below the house, Playa de los Alemanes, was our favorite beach, very unspoiled and uncrowded, and our favorite meals were the ones prepared in our own beautiful kitchen and eaten outside while enjoying the fantastic view. After all the activities during the days, we enjoyed breathtaking sunsets, star gazing at night, and pure relaxation in the house. We would love to return for another vacation, and would recommend Villa Amaranta to friends and family. It truly was a perfect vacation.

I would like to write a review about the property and I have to say that it was fantastic.Very good choice. My family and I spend our holiday there from 1st June to 7th of June 2012 and we enjoyed so much the views, the amenities, the landscape, and so on. When we were in, it seemed like we were outside because it had numerous and big windows. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. I especially loved the suit and the jacuzzi. It was fantastic. We also liked so much the beautiful garden and really enjoyed a barbecue one day. By the way, the area is very worthy to visit. There are lovely places. I used to go to Montenmedio golf course, whereas my wife and children stayed by the stunning pool. We were so impressive that we are coming back this summer. We are very looking forward to staying there. Thanks to the owners. We received a very kind and attentive treatment during our stay. I recommend this villa to anyone who wants to spend a very good time in Costa de La Luz, Andalucia. Amir Said

we just had our first villa vacation in Spain with my family in law from England and it was wonderful, we could not have chosen a better villa or location. Wonderful, luxurious and fully equipped with everything you may need for a relaxing holiday. By far the most beautiful villa we have ever rented. The beds were so comfortable. Everything was very clean. Lovely interior decoration. We were delighted to enjoy the huge infinity swimming pool. The view from there was stunning. We looked forward to midnight jacuzzi's under the stars. The sunsets were superb!! Lots of great restaurants, tapas bars... and all within an easy reach. German's beach was fantastic, even during season a wonderful quiet spot can be found . Thanks to the gardener and the owners for the service we received. They were all very kind. We will definately be back, to enjoy this superb villa. Many thanks.

Unfortunately I have to say our stay here was disappointing. Before booking at the villa we emailed to ask if the pool was heated, as we were two families with small children who were very much looking forward to swimming on our vacation. The owner replied that the pool was solar heated and that we would enjoy it. When we arrived, the pool was barely above freezing! I was not aware that solar heating meant the pool would only be heated if the weather was warm and sunny. I believe this is something the owners shoud have made clear before we booked. When we arrived after a long day of travelling, we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. However the owners did not have the hot tub ready, and we actually couldn't even use it until day 4. They had not cleaned it, and they had not made sure it was in working order. Another big disappointment. We were required to email every time we wanted the sauna turned on. This was a huge annoyance, because half the time when we sent an email, the owner would not respond and the sauna would not be turned on. One time they even had the audacity to tell us their batteries died on their phones and that is why they did not get the messages. We were all adults and felt like teenagers asking permission to use a facility promised in the description of the home. When you are paying a premium price, I expect the property to be run professionally, and we did not get that treatment during our entire stay. When we were ready to leave, we sent an email requesting to speak in person about the issues we had. We sent the email the night before our departure, and twice again in the morning. Nobody responded, and nobody showed up to meet us. So here we were, with keys to a house, and no idea what to do with them when we left. At the last minute a pool man showed up and asked for the keys. I think this is unacceptable. As a property owner I feel it would be my main priority to make sure my guests were treated professionally and with respect. We did not get this treatment during our entire stay. We were truly disappointed in Villa Amaranta. We would not reccommend it to anyone.
