Great communication and availability, made us feel at home. Nice house, very spacious and clean. Deep pool.

We stayed for five nights with a group of ten people and were absolutely thrilled with the accommodation. Even before our arrival, the communication with the host was outstanding – very friendly, reliable, and, most importantly, incredibly quick. Every question or request we had was answered promptly and helpfully, which immediately gave us a great sense of trust and comfort that carried through the entire stay.The property itself was in excellent condition: very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Every room was exactly as shown in the pictures – if not better. The layout of the house was particularly well thought out, offering plenty of space and privacy for everyone, even with ten people under one roof.The amenities left nothing to be desired: a fully equipped kitchen (with all essential appliances, utensils, and plenty of dishes), comfortable beds, enough towels and seating areas, and even thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. You can really tell that the host put care into creating a space that meets all the needs of guests.The location was also ideal – whether we wanted to spend time together at the house or go on day trips in the area, everything worked perfectly.We felt completely at home, had a fantastic time, and would absolutely book this place again. A big thank you to the host for the wonderful hospitality and smooth coordination – it truly doesn’t get much better than this!

Excellent from start to finish. One of our guests left his passport in villa after checkout. Joao came straight back round and sorted for us. Would recommend this villa. 10 min walk to village, taxi rank 100m.

Amazing property, with plenty of space for all family. Good location, not far away from the beach (walking distance) and close to restaurants and grocery store. As downsides, it's not easy to park outside and the parking inside the property is limited, because some lower cars may be scraping the bottom in the ramp. Additionally, I recommend replacing the outside grill, as it's damaged.
