Villa Allegra, 100 Acre Countryside Villa, 210m², Tennis, Breath-Taking Pool

Beautiful property in perfect location combining the seclusive beauty of the Tuscan mountains with easy access to the seaside. Perfect facilities and tastefully arranged rooms, furniture, sitting/dining areas. Welcome and check in was very professional and a war welcome.

We had a fabulous time at Villa Allegra. The house is very beautiful and has everything you need. Very clean and well equipped. Tastefully furnished. The garden is particularly beautiful, with a tennis court (which we used every day) and an exceptionally big swimming pool. Embedded in a fenced, large forest landscape. We were there with two dogs and practically didn't have to leave the grounds, but were still able to go for long walks. The location, within walking distance of the city of Camaiore, is perfect. The place offers everything you need and also some small restaurants. Forte dei Marmi, Lucca, Pisa or Viareggio are each only 30 minutes or less away. Giuliana and her team deserve special praise. Marika and Fausto in particular. They were always on the scene in minutes when we needed them, and at the same time, they were incredibly discreet and considerate. If you have the opportunity, you should definitely book Romina, the cook. She is great. The house is so beautiful that you don't want to leave it and thanks to Romina we were able to spend some delicious evenings on the terrace. We will definitely travel to Villa Allegra again. If you are looking for the very best (or more…), indulge yourself for Casa Allegra …the paradise on earth if you wish quiet and relaxing holidays on a hill overlooking the valley…you will not see the time flying between the lunches and dinners, the superb swinging pool and the tennis court which is at the shadow by the end of the afternoon… The house is decorated with an extreme taste and offers all the amenities you may wish… Marika and Fausto are always available when and if needed and react extremely quickly. A private and sometimes narrow road is leading to the property, which may be a problem when you cross another car but this is the only minor problem I have to mention.

Villa Allegra was incredible. The property is amazing and the grounds are awe inspiring. My entire family had the most amazing time swimming, playing tennis and lounging in the cabana. The location is phenomenal as well, and the neighboring towns have everything you need. Giuliana was an impeccable host as well. She and her staff were unbelievably responsive and helped with everything. We had the most unbelievable time.

Great property, very private and quiet but with the town of Camaiore a short walk away. Hosts are very helpful and responsive. Would come back in a heartbeat.

If you can afford it - don't hesitate to book this dream place! Its amazing in every way! We loved every single thing about it. Its gorgeous and the details are amazing! And also you must book the chef, Romina! She's fantastic!!

Villa Allegra was everything we had imagined and more! We were a family of 7 (grandparents, 3 adults and a 15 & 13) and always dreamt of a Tuscany Italian Villa that we can stay in, soak up the Italian sun and enjoy the amazing culture right in our backyard. And that is exactly what Villa Allegra was for us. No one wanted to leave. The Villa was decorated and furnished beautifully as a home (not a rental) and every amenity was thought of. It had AC (which is huge in Italy) and the pool and tennis court were the kid's favorite! Marika (the house manager) was ALWAYS available for any questions or needs we had. Everyone loved her. And the owner Giuliana was equally amazing. The freezer stopped working and within hours, a temporary freezer arrived and we had ice again (for us Californians, that is a must for us ) She helped with suggestions on where to go visit and helped get reservations for an amazing restaurant just 15 min away. Oh and one night we wanted to night swim and couldn't figure out how to turn the lights on, her technician was there withing 10 minutes to help! She will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfection! And the sweet town of Camaiore - that truly has my heart now. We could have just stayed and explored and shopped there and been very content. Again, never enough time! But we will be back. This property truly was the highlight of our 3 week trip ( we were there for 8 nights). I would recommend this wonderful home to anyone. Thank you Giuliana and Marika for being wonderful hosts and allowing us to have such a memorable vacation with our family!!

This was our second summer renting Villa Allegra for a week. Sometimes a return visit can be disappointing. Instead it was more beautiful and more perfect than ever. The family who handles the on-site management is a delight to work with. The owner was kind enough to arrange a “Private dinner” at the house by two charming and excellent chef’s. The property continues to amaze us with its beauty and grandeur. We hope to be back next year.

Even though I would rather keep this beautiful place my own best kept secret, Villa Allegra deserves a 5 star recommendation! The beautiful garden, the saltwater swimming pool, the tennis court and the beautiful and immaculate villa, the great service of Giuliana and her staff; it all adds up to the the perfect summer vacation. We will come back to Camaiore for sure!
