Kitchen bar seats great. The bad 1. pump noise from Chiquita 2. no ladder or rails to enter and exit pool. 3. master bed too high 4. mini ant problem in kitchen 5. no gas in BBQ grill 6. apartments behind lanai limit privacy 7. no mops or dust pans available to self clean
