Villa Alex - Charming Kapparis Getaway

The house is in a great location for the beach. La Mer we’re excellent and very responsive. As older clients we did find it a bit noisy at the weekend but then we were all on holiday so it didn’t matter

Excellent overall. The villa is nice and roomy, well maintained and everything we needed was there. When ever there was a small issue (there always is) the agency reacted v e r y fast and adequately. Communication with them was fabulous. The location is superb, 200 meters from Malama beach……one of our favourites. Shops, restaurants and bars at walking distance. Internet available through out the villa. Sat. TV as well. We were soo impressed that we w i l l be here again next year. Absolutely fabulous! Nothing what so ever! Impressive…….

Villa Alex is in a great location, very short walk to the beach (down a path at the side of the Villa) whilst also benefiting form being a short walk to the restaurants on Kennedy Av. and even a short walk to Best-Buy for a supermarket shop. Would recommend having a car (we did), but could manage without. Villa had everything required for a comfortable stay and as expected, weather was great in September. Couple of issues cropped up during the stay, but the team at L.A. Mer sorted quickly and so albeit a nuisance, did not detract from our enjoyment of the stay, in fact, surprised how quickly and efficiently the issues were resolved, often within an hour or so (even on our first Sunday when the office was closed) I think you did a great job. Small things like making sure what was advertised as being there is there would assist, such as six sun beds not just four (problem when five adults staying), and the iron was missing. But, all these resolved very quickly. The pool pump not working and losing the use of the pool for two days was inconvenient, and was led to believe would be replaced the next day whereas as it was two days later, but had this been in UK, it would have taken longer than that. Perhaps some instructions on the light switches. I know labelled, but perhaps a sheet with a plan of where the switches operate each of the lights - but a minor issue.

Были в феврале. Тишина абсолютная. Людей практически нет. Но, за тем и ехали. В доме и во дворе было не много солнца. Но это же будет плюсом летом)

Cleanliness in the Villa, large pool, comfortable beds and excellent service. Excellent grill and plenty of space in the Villa, sunbeds and towels. More small teaspoons and a clothes rack at the entrance and more adapters for sockets.

- Сервис - Отзывчивый персонал - Соответствие фото и описания реальной ситуации - Шикарное расположение виллы - Инфраструктура вокруг - Каждый день в воротам дом приезжает мороженщик и пикап со свежими фруктами Рядом много магазинов и кафе, в относительно шаговой доступности МЕТРО, плюс прокаты вело/мото и авто транспорта, тоже в пяти минутах хоть бы с хорошими ценами. Если у нас случалась какая-то проблема мы писали / звонили в сервис компании и проблемы решали в этот же день: начиная от где включается подсветка бассейна и до замены стиральной машины, которая сломалась и была заменена на новую буквально на след. день. Кроме того, служба поддержки всегда подскажет, где лучше заказать трансфер, в какие часы работает местный рынок и так далее.

Вилла с отличным расположением, в 3-5 минутах ходьбы до пляжа, в пешей доступности много ресторанов, супермаркетов. Достаточно зелёная территория на самой вилле. Нужно бороться с муравьями, все остальное не критично и не мешает отдыху
