THE HOUSE - Ty Familhoù
At the end of a private cul-de-sac, this 180 m² Breton house, completely renovated and extended in 2023, sleeps 8. With a 4-star tourist accommodation classification (in progress - 3 stars before renovation), you'll have all the comforts you need for a relaxing vacation. All furniture, bedding, equipment and appliances are brand new.

The house comprises on the ground floor:
- 1 very large living room with table soccer, 2 lounges, Smart TV + TV box & wifi, wood-burning stove, dining room and open-plan fitted kitchen. You'll see the sea from every angle!
- 1 glass-enclosed spa room with 5-person Jacuzzi and breathtaking sea views!
- 1 sea-view master suite with 160x200 double bed, dressing room and bathroom with large walk-in shower - direct access to the terrace and spa.
- 1 WC with washbasin.
- 1 shower room with large walk-in shower.
- 1 garage with water point, washing machine and dryer, additional fridge-freezer.

First floor:
- 1 sea-view master suite with 160x200 double bed and bathroom with walk-in shower.
- 1 sea-view bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 (can be moved closer together).
