Villa Verd has capacity for 8 people and features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all just a few steps from the beach, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing holiday without the need for a car. The villa offers a spacious and bright living room with air conditioning, large windows that provide access to the outdoor terrace, and a dining room with a long table, perfect for enjoying family meals. From the dining room, you can access a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious local dishes. r>

The villa has 3 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, it has 2 bathrooms with a shower and 1 additional bathroom. The terraces, both covered and uncovered, offer a perfect space to relax, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a brick barbecue, ideal for organising memorable outdoor dinners. With the beach just a short distance away, don't hesitate to make your reservation.

To ensure the comfort of our guests, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 14:00 and 16:00, and from 20:00 to 08:00.

The tourist tax is already included in the price.

Information to take into account:

In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.

On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.

The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

Plenty of towels. Good amount of bathrooms. Spacious. Great outdoor space. Beds were super uncomfy for us. And it would have been nice to have been provided with hand soap in the bathrooms at the very minimum even if they',re not providing toiletries.
