Located 1km from the beautiful beach of St Cyprien (2km from shops and huts, 7km from Porto Vecchio, 30km from the airport), this villa, built in 2007, offers all the comfort of a house.
Large living room with lounge, dining area and fitted kitchen / equipped with its island bar.
3 airconditioned rooms with closet wardrobes and each with their own bathroom, 2 with shower, 1 bath with shower and toilet.
The land, fully enclosed, has a private parking for 3-4 cars side entrance.
Thehouse opens onto the garden terrace equipped with a table and chairs in teak with large parasol where you can dine.
Below, the swimming pool, 7x4m, illuminated, protected by a fence, is surrounded with a beautiful wooden terrace where it is good to rest on garden sofas or chairs.
A small shed, which houses the pool filtration, you will also be stored outdoor bicycles and accessories. BBQ and outdoor plancha.
Quiet, not overlooked, this villa is located a few minutes from the sea and 20 minutes from the mountain.
The house has three bedrooms: 2 with double bed and one with 2 single beds. A cot is also available.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and everything needed for cooking.
You will also have an iron and ironing board and hair dryer.
Sheets, towels for 6 people and cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the service during the high season.

Nice clean property ideally located for beaches and walking. Slight downside was no aircon in living room and leaving doors and windows open encouraged invasion from mosquitos and ants. BBQ was a bit disappointing though as it was just a collection of rusting metal that was non functional. Overall the house and pool were great and enjoyed by all.
