Stayed Dec 9, 2024It was a very nice house, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The minus was the lack off full equipment for 12 people. There were not enough forks and knives, but was fixed very fast, and the lack off chairs outside was not that great.But other than that, it was a great visit!

Stayed Mar 15, 2024Thai family vacation. Lovely property grounds and architecture in home. The pool was wonderful for the family. We used grab to get to beach. Too far to walk. The kitchen and pool table area are much smaller in life than the pictures. A deposit of almost 26% of rental price paid was asked for at checkin, which surprised me. I did receive that money back at checkout. Also, you will be asked to pay for electricity during your stay at a rate of 7 baht per kilowatt hour.

Stayed Apr 28, 2023Everything about the villa was same as the pictures. Communication with staff was great. Nice place surrounded by other villas. Safety was no problem and I have no complaints.
