VILLA 4*large indoor pool and Jacuzzi 80 m from the sea and GR34.

This property was amazing. Beautifully clean. Very well decorated and cared for. Had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The pool was incredible - our boys spent all their time in there. Thank you very much!

We thought the house was amazing. It was very well equipped and superbly decorated in a nautical themed. Kitchen had everything we need except, can opener. Which we purchased in the local supermarket. So close to the beach which was fantastic.

The house is well equipped. The photos really reflect the property. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing and well used by us. The owners are welcoming and the communication was clear and timely. The location of the property was another positive, a beach is a few minutes away and the surrounding areas are beautiful.

The house was spacious and clean with all necessary kitchen items supplied. The pool is a fantastic attribute for family fun or relaxation with the hot tub as well. We especially liked that there were pool toys available to use. Thierry and Sylvia were friendly hosts and made us feel welcome.

We chose this property based on the photos and previous reviews and we were not disappointed. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Thierry and Sylvie and they rightfully took pride in showing us around the property and gave us useful tips about the local area. The instruction manuals and local area folder they have put together are very comprehensive and the welcome Cider and local treats were much appreciated. The property is located down a small quiet private road and the beach can be accessed by a pedestrian cut through - 3mins walk! The beaches are sandy with rockpools for exploring. We visited at the end of May and were often the only people on the beach. The house itself is presented in a neutral coastal theme. We were a party of 8 - 5 adults and 3 children and we found the space to be perfect for us. There are 4 bedrooms - one of which has an open ensuite walk in shower and basin (no toilet). All the beds were comfortable, solid and with white bedding. We all had a bath and hand towel to use as well as dressing gowns in the pool area for the adults. There is a large family bathroom with a walk in shower, bath (with shower attacement) and double sink vanity unit. The toilet is separate with another based off of the pool area next to the utility room (tumble drier, washing machine, sink, ironing board etc). We thought it may be a problem only having one toilet in the main part of the house but we never had an issue as it was only a short distance to the pool toilet which was also useful to have when using the pool. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need (even had scales and a hand held blender). The crockery and glassware were all modern and plentiful. The indoor pool was a huge bonus, a good size for everyone to be in together and a hot tub as well. There are comfortable loungers, deck chairs and a table. The pool area has sliding doors all around which connects the outside decking with it. There is some grass and a large drive way - great for petanque! We used the BBQ and bikes provided in the storage room. We enjoyed the decking off of the lounge with sofa set and separate dining table for 8 with parasol. We explored the coastline and there are numerous beautiful beaches, ports and places of interest to visit. We normally stay in Santec but are so pleased to have found this house close to Plouescat and will return. Thank you for making our holiday such a wonderful break.

We had a wonderful stay in this house in August 2021 with our two kids. We can just confirm all the other positive feedbacks. The location is just great, just a few steps away from the beaches and the house offers a great variety of amenities for everyone. As their guest, you easily notice that Thierry and Sylvie take care of many details that make you enjoy your vacation. Thank you very much, we loved it!
