Stayed Jun 22, 2025The bedroom with the black/gray bedding had a broken bed. The other beds were good. The back bedroom/bathroom didn’t cool as nicely as the rest of the house. The front door could be replaced for safety and it would not be hard to break in, very weak. Very quite location and close to the bridge, gas station, store, coffee shop and a cafe.

Stayed Jun 3, 2025The villa is in a very good location, just north of the bridge. Close to two grocery stores and a short drive to a bunch of restaurants. Really enjoyed my morning coffee on the back patio. I recommend it

Stayed May 25, 2024This cute house was perfect for our family of five. I liked the location, just outside the chaos of San Pedro, and close (even walking distance) to many places to eat and a couple of grocery stores. The house itself is in pretty good order, there are a few small (minor) fix it items. It is a house after all. The house was clean. Great view of the lagoon. It is in a quiet location, there is a security check point on the way in and out of the neighborhood. Iguana's and birds all around.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This villa was in a centralized location not far from everything. It was overly stocked w home necessities especially towels and wash clothes. The pool was convienent and the roof top was lovely. I world suggest to add more chairs but other than that this place was great! U would recommend and stay again!
