Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location just off the first green. The unit, however, left us less than impressed. It needs a little TLC, such as a new paint in the upstairs rooms. There is also some outside trim facing the golf course that has come off, which is not a good look. We don’t come down there to watch tv but the cable system was tough to deal with. I guess the bottom line is that this unit doesn’t compare well with some of the others that we have rented in Palmetto Dunes.

Reviewer Comments: Hilton Head offers guests a host of activities no matter what time of year - although the third week of this November was a little cooler than usual. Golfing is excellent. Many other sports there for the taking. Food great.

Reviewer Comments: I wrote the very beginning about the condition of the rental and never heard back from management so I think you already know about the problems, but it sure would have made a difference if someone would have acknowledged it The unit is bad condition with many issues -- some electrical, peeling paint over beds in one room and the ridiculous lack of a dining table - basically no place to sit to eat. One of the worst things was the smell -- no matter how much I left the windows open there was still the lingering odor of likely cigarette smoke. I'm surprised the resort manages this property.

We enjoyed sitting on the back deck with our coffee in the morning, quietly watching the golfers go by. However, we were desperately in need of our coffee as our sleep was less than satisfying. The beds were horrible! We came home in need of a good night sleep as we were lacking sleep all week. I am also not sure what your requirements are for basic needs in the kitchen but I have never rented a place that lacked utensils such as a spatula or wooden spoon or even a decent knife. If the property owner would like repeat renters they really should consider this review.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great family vacation. From check in to check out was easy and convenient. We were a little further away from the beach than I would have liked but our rental was within our price range and it was VERY NICE. The other cool feature was that there was a complimentary shuttle to take us back and forth to the beach if we chose to use this service. We either walked (pushing baby stroller) or road out bikes. All of which was very enjoyable. You definitely will want to rent bikes!
