Via Viento Farms, Fallbrook

The stay was wonderful, house exceeded our needs. Was fun for the younger adults as well as the older. Beautiful views from a top the mountain. Would recommend to any family with young adults.

Wonderful kitchen with everything needed for the cook. High end appliances. Particularly liked the cupboards labeled so we could replace the items to the right place.Check in smooth as described.

Our family of 9 (7 adults, 2 years and under) stayed at Via Viento for our son’s wedding, which was held at Grand Traditions.The property is lovely. Gorgeous setting and views, spacious and comfortable home, so many amenities - the pickle ball court, giant chess set, hot tub, pool… very peaceful.Everything you can think of for cooking and dining - very well-stocked kitchen. Curtis and Katrina were so helpful and quick to respond to questions - could not ask for more gracious hosts.Downtown Fallbrook is a short drive; great pizza place, Pala Mesa Pizza, was 5 minutes away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat; the only downside I can think of is that we were so busy with the wedding and there for just the weekend, time flew by. Would have loved to have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

This is an immaculately maintained house with stunning views over the nearby hills and valleys. Having a pool, hot tub, pickleball court and sauna made it feel like a 5 star resort.The hosts were awesome, very responsive and their attentiveness was fantastic. For example, we couldn’t find a bottle opener and they had one delivered the next morning!Can’t review highly enough. Great place.

This was our second Destination Thanksgiving at Via Viento and it was, once again, FABULOUS! In the 12 years we’ve been celebrating Thanksgiving away from home, this is our only return destination! That’s how wonderful is this beautiful and spacious home! Our whole family - which includes our two adult children, their spouses, our three granddaughters and my sister and brother-in-law - are all extremely happy staying at this gorgeous home! Each bedroom is spacious w/en suite baths & everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds. With five bedrooms INCLUDING a convenient casita near the pool (great for my sister and her husband to relax away from the kids!), Via Viento is the perfect home for a family gathering. The kitchen is large and equipped with TWO Wolf ovens, warming drawing, microwave and dishwasher. Plus anything one might need for cooking & entertaining. Pantries are also large and include many spices and incidentals.There’s an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The family room and living room are also spacious with very comfortable furniture. Did I mention the SAUNA in the master bathroom?? A wonderful treat! In addition to the sauna, the hot tub and the pool, Via Viento also provides a PICKLEBALL court! We all spent several hours learning and playing pickleball! In fact, after last year’s visit, pickleball has become one of our new pastimes! If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with close friends or family, Via Viento is the pace to go!

This was, I believe, our fourth year at the Fallbrook property. As always, we had a wonderful, restful visit. What a wonderful home!! We hope to visit again next yesr.

A group of us ladies stayed for three nights and we enjoyed every minute. Very peace, beautiful, spacious, comfortable home and grounds. We hope to come back in the near future. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

This home is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The courtyard patio, pool, and bbq area are so inviting. And the sunset view from the master bedroom patio across the valley is enchanting. The layout of two en suite bedrooms at both ends of the house, plus the casita, is a nice way to accommodate a family or several couples. We had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed it.

Katrina accommodated all our needs. The place is well maintained, clean, and well equipped. Scenery is breathtaking. Host was very quick respond and agreed to late check out, which was ver y helpful to us. Very highly recommend!

The property was amazing. I haven't relaxed like that since before I had kids. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect especially with the outdoor kitchen. Views were spectacular. We had a number of red-tail hawks flying around at eye level. It was just like a National Geographic episode. We certainly plan on returning.

This is the second time that we rented this property. The reason why it was so good the first time. When we first came, they didn’t have the Pickleball courts. They are a wonderful addition and we had a blast playing on them in the morning, and in the evening and the lights. It’s easy to be a great property manager when things go well, but true measure is how quickly things are taken care of when you have an issue. We had a minor issue With one side of the house, not getting hot water. I called and left a message and with him five minutes I got a response. They sent a caretaker to the house immediately and the issue was resolved. Excellent excellent customer service!
