Villa Lion's Garden is beautifully situated on a canal with access to the Gulf of Mexico in the southeast of Cape Coral and can accommodate 6 people. The terrace with barbecue and heated pool faces south and invites you to relax.

The house has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom with 2 twin beds share the additional bathroom.

The neighborhood is characterized by palm trees, waterways, and single-family homes, offering a relaxed, typically Floridian atmosphere.

Thanks to the central location, numerous restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and shopping options can be reached within just a few minutes by car. The lively downtown area of Cape Coral, with additional dining and entertainment options, is also easily accessible.

Electricity consumption is included in the price up to USD 10.00 per day. After that, 0.23$ per kWh will be charged for electricity consumption. An uncleaned grill will cost $60 extra. Please pay this in cash or by credit card when you move out.



Interaction with Guests:

We will conduct a personal check-in on the day of arrival or the following morning to personally welcome you and record the electricity meter reading. On the day of departure, we will also carry out a personal check-out and settle any additional electricity usage charges with you.
