Vacation home magnificent sea and city view

Well equipped house with a wonderful view. Access affords good driving skills. Unfortunately (too) many nasty midges / moskitos...

Property is very well located no far from Imperia center. We enjoyed the fantastic view to Imperia and the harbor. House gad all we needed. In summer it can be very hot in tge region. We enjoined that on the property are different places to stay. Do with moving sun you always find a place in the shadow. Drive way up to the property is steep but drivable also with bigger car. Recommend to preview with map street view

Everything was exactly as the listing describes. The views and the kitchen drew us to this listing, what we found in real life was so much better in person. First, we met Alessandro who met us in person and introduced us to the place and how it works. That was very helpful. He gave us very good recommendations, all of which were excellent! He is responsive and kind and gave us a very good start! Everything was clean and well equipped for cooking and spending a lot of time at home. I enjoyed cooking, reading, yoga and even doing laundry with a gorgeous view of the sea! This was a working vacation and the internet speeds were very good. The only improvement in that regard would be a desk or work table, but we were able to set something up upstairs that functioned well. This setup allowed one of us to work in a private room without being disturbed. Extra points for the visits from Gigi, the local kitty. She is very sweet!! The road up to the house is an adventure, but no problem at all for our medium-sized auto. Cycling from the house, a challenge for my cyclist partner, which he enjoyed, but I took my bike to town in the car and rode along the coast - that worked well for us both. We highly recommend a stay here and have Casa Margherita high on our list to return! Thank you for everything Alessandro!!

Dear Elena and Alessandro, Thank you very much for the last wonderful week we spend in Imperia. The house is absolutely wonderful and even more beautiful than we have expected from the pictures!! The view is gorgeaous! We enjoyed it already in the morning with the first coffee and in the evening by a nice glass of wine. The house and also the garden are made with love and passion, Beautiful decorated, we really enjoyed it.The kitchen is very well equipped so cooking of fresh fish from the weekly market in Oneglia was a pleasure especialyl with the big window in the kitchen which makes the cook feel being outside with the guests, which is great! And again a big thank you to you both as amazing hosts! You made us feel very welcome and you took so prudently care of us, already before we arrived by informing about weather and temperatur, really sweet! Dear Alessandro and Elena, thank you for the beautiful week in Italy. The House was exactly as shown on the pictures. Especially the view was amazing. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It also was a joyful time for our dogs, who were able to play around in the garden because the yard was completly fenced. We spent two wonderful weeks in this house. The house is beautifully situated in the middle of olive trees, with fantastic views of the sea and imperia. The house is very pretty and furnished with lots of love. Very clean and it has everything we needed. The Ligurian coast offers many beautiful beaches of sand or pebbles, walks in enchanted valleys with small villages and always with beautiful views. We'll be back !!!!!!! Andreas and Caroline
