V. Can Rovey, pool and gardens in Inca

Der Garten und Pool lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet viel Schatten und Sitzgelegenheiten für jede Tageszeit und für jeden Zweck. Auch gibt es einen Ping Pong Tisch und eine Dart Scheibe. Die Gegend ist eigentlich sehr ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas altbachen ist aber sehr sauber, gut unterhalten und absolut genügend, mit Klimaanlage, Küchenaussstattung, Alarmanlage, Safe usw. war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Auf der einen Seite ist ein Bauernhof, der sehr viele Hunde hat, die die ganze Nacht bellen. Am Tage waren sie selten zu hören. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster ging nicht, zum Glück gab es eine Klimaanlage.

The pool area and gardens are lovely and the property has the wow factor on arrival and beds were comfortable. The owners gave us some eggs as well as some basic provisions on arrival and altered timing of air con so our daughter could have her nap in the cool. Overall accommodation needs a deep clean and maintenance. Fix broken appliances (oven, showers, toaster) and ‘refresh’ and better organise kitchen areas. Basic equipment like pool net missing and cloths/basic cleaning provisions not provided. There needs to be instructions and more information on arrival e.g the fact there is a safe which we didn’t find until 2nd week and what to do with rubbish (we only knew as we have been to Majorca before). We have never known mosquitoes like it (we appreciate it is in the country!) but even sprays didn’t stop them!

Die Lage mit dem tollen Garten dem Außenbereich und dem wunderbaren Pool. - Keine Einweisung oder InfoMappe zum Haus & techn. Einrichtungen (was/wie/wo ) vor Ort, - Alle dargestellten Masageduschen sind ohne Funktion, - Der Gasherd war in der Küche ( Poolhaus) so eingeschränkt nutzbar das es kaum zum Kochen reichte - Der SatReceiver war schon bei der Ankunft defekt. In der Summe alles kleine Probleme, aber mit einer Kontrolle vor der Übergabe der Villa wäre das alles aufgefallen und der Urlaub wäre noch schöner gewesen - trotz einer schönen Zeit werden wir dieses Ferienhaus nicht noch einmal mieten.

Wir haben wundervolle 3 Wochen verbracht und werden wieder kommen. Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit allem, was das Herz begehrt. Wunderschöne Poolanlage und das Poolhaus mit einer großen Küche und Grillecke. Ein sehr gepflegter Garten lädt zur Erholung ein. Vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Wochen.

We had a wonderful week at the villa. It was clean, on arrival there was already some bread, milk and fruit. We'll surely come back

The pool area is great and there are four separate dining areas to use, the owners left fruit and wine for us, the house has air con and is rustic and in good condition, the tv has german satellite programmes, there are four kittens that scrounge for food and we are lucky that our kids adopted them but other visitors may find them a pain, the property also has cctv and a remote locking gate so is very secure and you can relax knowing the children will be safe.

Beautiful house and gardens. Very well equiped, although the ad did state the house had a dvd player which it didn't, but not really a big problem. The double bedroom dowstairs was a big dissapointment for us, very small and had to climb over the bed to get in, no wardrobe or bedside lights and it really let the house down, especially compared to the size of the en-suite double upstairs. The main kitchen was empty, but the BBQ kitchen was great and well equiped. Lovely place to socialise with friends, sat by the pool at night eating. Some wood for the wood oven would be great, even if it was an extra charge. Don't go there expecting a hot tub. The pool basically has a little seating area with some jets that blast out cold water. I'm sure it would be great in summer, but as we stayed there the last week of October it was a bit of a let down to find that the hot tub didn't live up to it's name. The area is great, with lots to do, although we did have to find where to go by ourselves as the house did not have a single brochure, map or any other useful information about the area, or indeed the house. A few notes on the bins/bottles/recycling procedures would be handy and maybe a folder with interested places to visit/best beaches/restaurants would be great, but the wi-fi was great so google helped us out. The owners were lovely, providing us with fresh eggs, a nice bottle of wine and a jar of amazing tuna, caught by the owner himself.( Gracias) The cats (possibly the owners) were annoying at times, generally around meal times, but as we all liked cats and they were very friendly, we just tried to ignore them Overall the place was good, let down by a few very small things that probably wouldn't bother most people. The best beaches are 45mins away, which is a shame, but we'd definately consider staying here again.
