Beautiful home, very comfortable. My family had the best time!!

A very nice house in a well maintained gated community. The house was very clean and tidy. Everything was as described in the listing. The host was friendly and stayed in contact with us to answer whatever question we had.

The villa was exactly as described - the location is great for the parks. The villa and pool are great quality, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation when not out and about. Kids loved the indoor pool table and air hockey. Parents loved the quiet location on the property.

Villa was clean and tidy. Pool was brilliant and the grandchildren loved it. Beds comfortable. Kettle a bit small for number of guests.

Excellent vacation home! Plenty of space for the whole family. House was clean and the pool was clean and warm! Definitely reccomend!

Teens loved having separate bedrooms and upstairs to themselves. Pool and hot tub were awesome to have. Slept like babies. Loved the gated neighborhood.

House was exactly as stated. Great for large family or multiple families. Location was better suited for Kissimmee and Tampa areas than cocoa beach excursions

Property was in a nice neighborhood which was a 45 minute drive to magic kingdom in morning and 75 minute drive back at night. All rooms were fully functional. Nice pool area. Nice yard with privacy behind. Living room rug was filthy. Living room couches were overused and sagging. Master shower was difficult to turn on without getting sprayed by cold water and shower head needs cleaning. Pool area was very nice however heater (electric) does not run at night and does not have capacity to return pool to desired level ( 1 degree per hour). We found a dead cockroach on the kitchen floor when we walked in.

Our family of 6 adults and 3 children had a great stay. Lots of space. Small issue with the spa heat for a portion of the stay but this was addressed with the property manager and an appropriate partial refund was given. Owner communication was excellent. It we ever return as a large group this property will top of our list.

Easy check-in and check-out , a relaxing getaway in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The space comfortably accommodates up to 10 people. The owner is very responsive and quick to assist with any issues via text. Close to Disney. Suggestions for improvement:The mattress boxes for the two queen beds on the second floor should be replaced, as they squeak with every movement.Property management should ensure hand soap is refilled in each bathroom after every visit.It would be helpful if washer detergent pods were provided in the laundry for guests who supposed to run the first load of towels before check-out.

Property was a perfect fit for our family and the owner and property manager were very accommodating.

The property was beautiful & clean. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool & spa. It was perfect for our family vacation .

The Villa is well equipped and well maintained. The outside area was clean and had ample space for all 8 of us to relax and chill. The location is around a 40 minute drive to all the major attractions, Disney, Universal Studios, International Drive etc. There are a number of supermarkets nearby if you fancy cooking indoors for a change. We had requested a bbq and it was delivered before we arrived and we used it at least twice. The pool was cleaned after a week. We did have some issues at the end of our first week, namely the dishwasher stopped working, the kitchen tap came off and the hot tub stopped working which meant the pool water wasn’t getting filtered . The owner/management company were quick to fix the dishwasher and tap though the pool took a few days but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. All in all it was a pleasant stay and we would gladly come back if we were to revisit Orlando.

This villa was just perfect! From the space to the pool to the facilities inside! Everything was thought of! Disney just 20 minutes drive, Kennedy space centre only an hour! Would highly recommend for a lovely space to relax after busy days out in Orlando!

The property was clean, nicely presented and suited what we needed for our stay. It is becoming dated now with the decor. There is a distinct lack of utensils/condiments or welcome items, which would’ve been a nice touch. This sounds like a strange comment, but the beds are extremely noisy, a small turn in bed and woke the partner up. Not very comfy. Kitchen sink tap broke off during stay but we fixed. Overall pleasant stay.

Property was nice

We absolutely loved the house! It was as pictured, and very clean. We enjoyed the pool and game room many nights! The only two issues for me, were the AC (It worked, but couldn’t turn it lower than 75 and after several 101 days in Disney parks, most would like it cooler.) And in the laundry room/garage, coming from the inside, there’s a small step down that isn’t marked so my daughter fell and twisted her ankle when she went to wash clothes. There should be yellow markings or a sign or something that alerts visitors there’s a step down there. But all in all, I would give it a 9 out of 10. Our stay was amazing.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was spacious, clean, and perfect. The house was well equipped with plenty of towels, bed sheets, pillows and kitchen tools. Upon arrival the house was very clean and the pool area impecable. We enjoyed the house so much that my kids barely wanted to leave to go out. Communication with the host was easy as well. She answered in a very timely manner too. I don’t have anything bad to say about this home our our stay. We had a great experience and family vacation. Will definitely stay again!

Great place, relaxing pool and few neighbors. The back view is a woods, which was a plus! About 18-30” to Disney depending on traffic. Plenty of room. Enjoyed the pool table. A plus property.
