The Space:

Nestled in the serene beachfront community of Lakeside Villas in Vega Alta minutes away from Dorado Beaches and sharing a beach with the Dorado Hyatt Hacienda del Mar , Villa Yari offers a tranquil retreat surrounded by tropical gardens, lakes, and fountains. This spacious groundfloor villa provides ample room for relaxation, with stunning lake views and just a short walk to sparkling pools and magnificent beaches. Within easy reach are tennis courts, playgrounds, a fitness room, chic clubhouse, and nearby adventures from golf and kayaking to surfing and nightlife in Dorado and San Juan.



Villa Yari sleeps up to 8 guests across three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master suite features a rustic pine king bed, 65″ TV, central AC, and ensuite bath with shower and bidet. The second suite includes two full beds with nautical charm, split AC, and ensuite bath with shower. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, split AC, 40″ TV, and full bath across the hall.



Inside, the cozy minimalist living room opens through French doors to a large patio overlooking the lake, pool, and gardens. Richly upholstered couches, armchairs, tasteful décor, and a large flatscreen TV create a private beachhouse vibe. Dining seats six around a solid wood slab table with lake views, while the fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, flushtop stove, air fryer, coffeemaker, toaster oven, and sleek cabinetry.



Outdoors, the furnished patio offers upholstered seating and serene lake views, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Guests enjoy comforts such as 5zone air conditioning, WiFi, cable TV, washer/dryer, linens, towels, two parking spaces, and a standby generator.

If guests stay for longer than two weeks a mid-stay cleaning will be charged $295.



For monthly or long-term rentals, guests are responsible for covering the full cost of electricity usage during their stay.
