Description

Park your car and bring your bathing suit and sandles. This two bedroom two and half bath second floor poolside villa is ideally located. Many of Hilton Head Islands major attractions can be reached by foot, Coligny plaza, the brand new Celebration Park, tiki hut, south forest beach, dozens of restaurants and shops. Hilton Head Island has more than 60 miles of bike trails and there are many bicycle rentals nearby (one on the corner of Tanglewood Dr. and South Forest Beach Drive, just off Tanglewood's Property).
The first floor has a living room with a sectional couch, dining room that seats six and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Keurig. The sliding glass doors from the living room look over the pool, perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktail. The second floor has two bedrooms with two full baths (walk in showers no bathtub), a washer and dryer are on this level as well. This villa is equipped with wi-fi, flat screen tv's are in the living room and both bedrooms. All bed linens and bath towels are included, no beach towels, Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach cart are tucked away in the closet under interior stairs for easy access.

A repeat visitor to this special place. Why, you ask…. Clean, close to the beach, walking/biking trails and Coligny Plaza. Check in was a breeze, condo had everything we needed. The bullet was a must for the frozen adult beverages.. Just a delightful stay and our host was best. Hoping to be a three time return visitor next year.

We love this unit. It's so spacious and clean. This year our booking fell during the hurricane, so we had to spend a lot of time inside. There was plenty of room for all of us to lounge and watch Little League, do puzzles and just relax while we waited out the storm. We love the onsite grills and the short walk to the beach , park and shops are perfect. Outstanding property, 10/10.

This villa is perfect for an easy vacation with everything you need. The beach is a super close walk through Sea Side villas. Having the pool for quieter water time was great. Location is great for either walking around Coligny or short drives to explore the island. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was quiet even for a holiday week.

Very good communications with owner. Nice condo to rent for the week. Easy access to beach through sea villas complex. Cypress Wetlands and Pinckney Island incredible. Nice beaches and good seafood. Great week. The only downside were the rowdy noisy kids up late fri and sat nights. Pool was refreshing on hot days. I really enjoyed my first visit to HHI. The condo was very nicely equipped and decorated. It had everything I needed for the week.

We loved our stay! The villa is so clean and comfortable. We loved how close it was to the park, shopping and dining. We walked on the beautiful walking/biking path every morning before hitting the beach. The on site grills are a nice amenity and the pool was clean. Beach chairs, cart and umbrellas are high quality and perfect. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
