Updated Kiawah Villa w/ Beautiful View of Lagoon - Parkside Villas

Location was great. Condo had everything we needed and more. We loved being on the lagoon and the home is centrally located to all the restaurants. Also, we fished off the dock everyday. No fish caught, but it is February. The beds were comfy and clean. We really enjoyed coffee on the porches each day.

Villa was great! We've been coming to Kiawah for 20 years and was a homeowner on the island for 11 years. We really enjoyed the location - proximity to beach, Night Heron and Sanctuary. Villa was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Owners were easy to communicate with leading up to our visit.

Every thing in the listing is accurate. Very clean, comfortable and well equiped. Only complaint were some noisy golfers next door, but that was not something that could be controlled. Would certainly be happy to stay here again

Great location. Villa was clean and neat. Each bedroom has its own bathroom offering great privacy for all. The screened in lanai is a nice room to relax or read. Overall very happy with our experience.

We had a fabulous time! The walk to the beach is really quick, 5 minutes, perfect distance. The beach is beautiful. We rented chairs and umbrella and it made for a great time. We took sunrise swims a couple days and the water was very warm. 2 members of our family golfed and couldn’t say enough about the golf experience. The unit has everything you could think of needing. It’s super clean, comfortable, and the deck and especially the screen porch was so enjoyable for coffee in the morning or an evening drink. We highly recommend this unit and Kiawah for a family vacation.

Our family has stayed at many places on Kiawah over the last 30 years. Every year our extended family (20 people this year) gathers on the island. This property was one of my favorites.Jerry thought of everything a traveler needs from luggage racks, nightlights in the bathrooms and the apple watch charger! I love that the screened in porch was usable. The patio furniture was nice and clean with a ceiling fan. We had a wonderful vacation.I was thinking of what was lacking and the only thing I could think of was an ice cream scooper! Jerry literally thought of everything.

Loved our Vrbo it was perfect. It was like brand new, sparkling clean and had everything we needed. We can’t thank you enough!

this (condo) was perfect. First of all all of the beds were comfortable which is super important to me. The kitchen and layout were open and each bedroom felt tucked away. There is a great screen porch overlooking the lagoon, and even better, there is a private dock! You can hear the beach from the porch and access to the beach is quick and easy. On top of that the communication was perfect. He got right back to me the moment I needed help! Would love to stay again.

Lovely condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Kiawah is amazing and this condo was right in the heart of things! Comfy and clean - highly recommend!
