Stayed Jul 3, 2024The property was great. However, this is upstairs and not steps from the main pool as I would’ve thought also, they should mark the last step coming down the stairs, tripped into parking lot looks like it was marked but now there’s only like a little bit of blue tape to indicate another level down the place was super clean. However, we did find a dead cockroach in the living room. This place was clean, quiet and staff, and other people were super friendly… Would recommend it

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for a ladies long weekend. The house was roomy and everyone had a bed/bath for themselves. The estate was beautiful and secure. For our purposes, everything was easily accessible via car. You can also walk into LaQuinta for lunch or dinner.

I needed some quiet time to write and Legacy Villas is just perfect this time of the year. I really enjoy the fitness center and the wonderful mountain views all around. The team at Royale is top notch and makes the entire process so easy from the booking until, I have to go home. Can't wait to come back!
