Unmissable villa with private access to the sea

Fantastic property for families. We had a great time!

We stayed the last two weeks of september and had a perfect holiday. Sea down a few stairs, water 26° and very clear, no neighbours. The house is equipped with all you need, the beds have very good matrasses, the outside furniture and deck chairs are of high quality Daniele was very reactive to all our questions and helpful with tips. Great location, great house, we’ll be back ☀️?

The house was really nice! Super cozy, practical and perfect for our family of 5. We had great moments in the deck by the ocean, barbecuing and even trying the pizza oven. Would love to come back.

We spent two relaxed weeks in this nice location. The house is well equiped and you find eyerything you need. The view and the surrounding are amazing. This was for us the first time in this location but for sure not the last time...

Gorgeous location, Typically Sardenian Villa, spacious, and plenty of great outdoor space and little private beach to crystal clear waters!

It's a wonderfull place.My frends said that was the most beautyfull surroudings they ever seen.It's a peacefull,green with a blue,clean water and a sky,and warm colour stone's homeli's place.We've been there in the end of april,that was great time becouse of incredeble fleurs arround;strong pink,yellow and red colours. p.s.sorry for my english

I knew that the villa interior was spartan but I was suprised that the villa was not cleaner...dishes had to be washed before use, one of the beds had broken legs, and there was no screen on one of the bedroom windows so that one lucky couple was nearly eaten alive! Actually mosquitoes were a huge nuisance--mosquito nets would have been extremely welcome. That said, the site and surroundings were wonderful. The patio areas and water access were spectacular along with the view. I think the villa was well priced. Would I recommend it?? Only after a thorough cleaning to most of my friends.

Accommodation was good and comfortable. the surroundings are beautiful and perfect for a quiet break although the villa is very close to the town on the island (car is highly recommended). Would definately consider again on my next trip to Sardinia.
