We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the game room! The themed rooms were fun for the kids. I was disappointed that I had to rent a grill when there was already one there at the house. That seemed like a way to get more money out of us. Otherwise, our stay was great!

We had an amazing stay at this home and truly can’t say enough good things about it.From the moment we walked in, you could tell how much care goes into this place. It was absolutely spotless—one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in—and everything was exactly as described, if not better. It made us feel comfortable right away.What really made this place special for our family were all the extras. The pool was a huge hit, and the game room kept everyone entertained for hours. The sauna was a nice bonus for relaxing after long days, and the large movie room quickly became a favorite—our grandkids loved having movie nights together in there. It really gave us that “home away from home” feeling, with something for everyone.Communication with the host was excellent. Any time we had a question, we had a response within about an hour, which made everything easy and stress-free.The location worked out great for us as well. It’s about 10 miles from the parks, and while traffic can vary, we found it very manageable and well worth it for such a beautiful place to come back to.The best part? Not once did we hear the kids say they were bored—which says everything.This home delivered on everything it promised and more. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and fun place to stay with family.

There were some good and bad experiences staying here. The first thing that went wrong was that the code they gave us to get in did not work and then the lockbox key did not fit the door either. They finally gave us a code that worked. I feel like the game room is the main attraction other than the pool and there were issues with that as well. The pool table was broken and unlevel and they attempted to fix it with putting cardboard underneath which did not work. The pool sticks were broken so they brought new ones but they didn’t have the felt on the end just hard pice. The bunk beds were cracked in some places, the basketball hoop on the game was bent as well. The house seemed to be nice but if you look the paint is chipping and in multiple places, the floor is separating upstairs, the included utensils are falling apart, the pool screen doors do not lock. The hot water is barely there and to take a shower I had to turn it to the hottest setting and the pressure is not good. The company did try and fix a couple things like unclog a drain and fill the pool but obviously they cannot fix the overall house condition. The gate closest to our house was broken our whole stay so we had to go through the furthest gate to get in and out. The good things were that it was a good distance from Disney and other shopping, the clubhouse is nice, and the pool and hot tub were in good condition and were heated for our stay (extra charge). I probably will not be staying with this company again

Amazing property, excellent host with great communication skills. Our family was able to enjoy our vacation and not worry about anything. So happy with the place and location to and from the parks. Many spacious and clean rooms. We hope to use David again in the near future.

This was a fantastic house in a great location! It was quiet and clean, had everything we needed for the week and was a great space for a family vacation . David is very helpful and responsive! Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Great space and definitely met our needs as a multi-family stay. The themed rooms are so fun, and the kids had a wonderful time with the game room and pool area. There is a master suite on first floor but no other suites connected to a private bathroom. 2 of the main king bedrooms on 2nd floor are connected to the kids' rooms via jack and jill style bathrooms. There is slight wear and tear throughout that could be fixed by a paint job here and there. The top rack of dishwasher kept falling out as there is a stopper missing (reported to host).Definitetely recommend having pool heated during colder months. It made it very enjoyable for the family. You have to choose between hot tub and main pool but can switch back and forth and was not an issue in keeping it comfortable. Grill is also an additional fee but sits to the side of the house so seems like it would accessible, just didn't feel it was worth it.Location is great being very close to a back entrance of the resort but also walkable distance to the clubhouse via a bridge, about 10 minutes with kids in tow. All in all a lovely stay. We have been at full 5 star houses which makes us very picky...wish I could choose a 4.5 or higher but it is either 4 or 5 and I can't say it is perfect but again very nice and would stay again.

We appreciated having a place that could accommodate our large family group. However, there were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The dishwasher was banged up, some of the shower heads were faulty, and there was a very limited supply of basic items like toilet paper and paper towels. We were also surprised by the additional fee to heat the pool, which felt unnecessary. Additionally, the home did not feel particularly clean—it seemed as though it was cleaned just enough to prepare for the next guest rather than thoroughly refreshed. Overall, these details made the experience feel less thoughtful than expected, and improved customer service would have gone a long way. Lastly, grocery delivery did not work well at this location; we experienced three failed delivery attempts, which future guests may want to plan for.

We stayed 5 nights in November for a family trip to Disney. 9 adults and 6 kids ages 2-7. House was spotless, well supplied, and themed rooms were a huge hit for everyone! Host was great. Responded quickly when we needed a crib and grill ordered. Neighborhood pool was great too. We had a great stay. Highly recommend!

Our family, 3 generations, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large family. We cooked in for several meals and found it stocked with a nice assortment of pots, pans, and appliances. Parking is convenient. The kids loved the game room, themed rooms and we also enjoyed the Bronson Club lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

Villa was run down. Few of the things in games room weren’t working. The pool table was in awful condition and you couldn’t really use it. Outside area around pool had weeds, dirty floor and dirty sun loungers. The air conditioning unit upstairs is super loud. There were 5 pool towels to share between 11 guests!?! The back door to pool area looks like it’s been tampered with many times and also some frame of window at the back was bent as if someone had tried to break in. Pool cleaner and maintenance just pulled hard on back gates to gain access to the back yard. A concern was the safety of the resort. The main entrance had security but the entrance near our house after day 1 remained permanently open - a little alarming given previous reviews of safety concerns. Communication with host was fine. The pool was clean and heating worked well. Villa was reasonably clean when we arrived. Beds were comfy. But when we compare to villas we have rented in reunion and encore resort, we felt it was run down.

The pool and hot tub did not work for over half our trip which was a main selling point of picking this place. The house and the cleanliness was great.

House was exactly how it was advertised on VRBO everything was just as expected; this is a very nice home in a very nice neighborhood. Would Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The house was beautiful and the game room with the pods for beds was a huge hit! The screened in private pool and hot tub were awesome, request heat for pool and hot tub when reserving for the nominal fee.

The property was a perfect size for a party of 9. It had everything we needed for days we did not travel to the Parks.

We absolutely loved this home. There are so many games and arcades to play as well as a hot tub and pool outside so even when the weather wasn’t good, we kept busy. One of the only properties I’ve been on where it was actually cool enough inside as well. Beautiful home And a lake outside that’s gorgeous.

Our group had a wonderful time, and most of the good times happened at the Villa! There was plenty of space for the kids and adults to have fun at the same time! Looking forward to our next stay. The best thing about the house is it had 5 bedrooms with 5 king beds plus more beds for kids and 5 bathrooms. Perfect house for 5 families! Very good with communication too.

We had 19 people staying in this property ranging from 2 to 80 years old. It worked well for our group. The kitchen, dining room, family room area was spacious and comfortable. Sleeping arrangements were great!

Great stay. Access to nice gym and pool. Rooms were phenomenal and lots of space for a large group. We will be returning next year.

Everything was perfect from check-in to checkout. The only thing bother me a little bit when we checked in the house wasn’t ready until an hour later, which I have no problem with it, but before we leave, we ask for an extra hour in check out to cover the hour that we lost in check in and they couldn’t provide, i’m very sure they could if you want, but that doesn’t change the fact that the house is beautiful. The location is amazing. I was able to communicate with them anytime I want their respond quickly and respectfully and we will come back again if we in the area for sure

This was everything and more than we expected! So clean in so many spaces for people to get away if they needed to. All the bedrooms and bathrooms made getting ready so easy. The game room was a blast! The theater was a lot of fun for us to watch movies on. The pool was a lot of fun after being at the amusement parks all day. We were able to cool off and have our own private space after being around so many people! I would definitely come back here again and rent this same property! Except, now two of my grandkids are really into Jurassic Park so we might do the Next-door Rental that he owns that has dinosaur theme! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! It was perfect in every way!

The house was perfect for our family gathering of 16. There is so much for everyone to do at the house. We never made it to the amenities of the community. Everyone was comfortable and slept well. The kitchen was well stocked. Any issues or concerns that came up were addressed promptly.

The property was as described and convenient for all. The playroom was a big hit for the kids. The only trouble we had was the QR code to get into the neighborhood, but I think it was the scanner that may have been broken.

THis is our second stay with Diamond. Everything was absolutely fantastic. The home was a beautiful as pictured and the pool was perfect for the kids to hang out in between our excursions. We look forward to returning again soon.

The house was awesome! Our seniors in high school loved the house and all the games and the theater room!! We could barely get them out of there at night lol. The resorts are amazing we had so much fun! I would stay at this house every time I come to Orlando!!

This was the first time I have ever booked a VRBO, and the entire experience was super positive! The house was clean, well stocked and furnished, and the master bed was super comfortable. David and the DiamondVH team were very responsive, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property for Disney Vacation!

Great house at a great location! Our family did the Disney Marathon Weekend and the ride over to Epcot was a very easy trip! A couple of messages to David our host went super smoothly and everything was as described!!!!Will definitely do this trip again!!!

Everything was great.

This house was clean and fun. The heated pool actually was warm on 60 degree days!! The kids had an awesome time in the game room. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. And 2 full size washers dryers! Close to everything! No complaints at all!

Overall, the layout worked for our multigenerational family of 17 (kids ages 6mo- 11y, parents and grandparents). The house we stayed in was not the same one listed-but very similar. We did notice there were stains on some sheets, hair on one of the bathroom walls, kitchen sink leaked onto the countertop, which was annoying. QR code to get into the community stopped working after a couple of days. Biggest issue was the pool heater. Only worked for 1/2 a day and then did not. We really wanted a pool at the house so this was a huge letdown when it was unable to be fixed during our 7 night stay. Target is super close and convenient. Theme parks were all about 15 min away, 30 minutes with traffic. Overall, worked for what we needed,fit our family. We loved the arcade and beware-the walls are thin.

We stayed here for Christmas with extended family. House and neighborhood were amazing. So many things to do together. Manager was responsive and helpful with all our needs. Highly recommend.

Amazing home, just as pictures show. We paid for the heat for pool and kids swam all the time. Enough room for everyone! Was able to rent a crib which was really nice. Ample parking as we had four vehicles. Even seen Mickey walking around one day, the kids loved that.Communication with host was super easy. Resort was really nice, daughter ran everyday by herself, 3-13 miles and always felt safe. Everyone enjoyed the lazy river.

The house is exactly as listed. We stayed in this house to explore the parks and locations in Orlando. We had to leave this home to go to another house for the remainder of our stay in Florida so we were closer to the wedding venue over the weekend. Our kids were so upset to leave this house. I think some of the adults were equally upset, too. Between the heated pool, hottub, the game room (the kids have a newfound love of pool now), and the theatre room, they had zero desire to leave! We had some issues with the hottub, but the hosts were so quick to remedy the issues (had someone out there within the hour!). They had complimentary toiletries available, coffee, etc. We had such a great time staying here! Thank you for everything!

Our group of 8 adults rented this as a friend getaway and it was perfect! Very clean and kept up and the heated pool/hot tub was nice. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was so nice that each couple had their own king bedroom and bathroom! We are already thinking we should bring our kids next time! The best part? That the only thing we had to do when checking out was take out the trash.

We needed a big enough place for 15 people/4 families. Plenty of room and bathrooms for couples and kids. The kids loved the themed rooms, the game room and the pool, there were floats to use as well. This rental was close to many amenities, the parks and airport and easy to access. I would definitely stay here again!

Great house for large or multiple families. We had kids from 1-12 with us and they all had a blast. Great location to all parks. Community pool was fun too. Some extras we weren’t expecting was paying for mini golf and heating the pool.

Nice house with lots of space. Our only criticism was that there weren’t any extra towels or blankets and the kitchen was lacking large platters and bowls for serving a group.

Overall a good experience. But there were things that needed attention. For the things that I did mention, they did fix. Such as cracked tv, broken chair and problem with heater. It was not a big deal and I didn't mention it to them as I'm sure they would have tried to fix it was that none of the tubs would hold water as the stoppers were all messed up. I didn't mention it because for me it wasn't a big deal but would have like to not have to mention the things I did and wished it would have been fixed to begin with. Other that that it was a good experience.

Fantastic stay in an amazing villa with our family. The kids and adults all loved it so spacious and very centrally located. The pool was great. Would recommend.

The house provided many activities for the kids and great accommodations for youth and King size beds for adults. There was room to spread out, but we were also able to play games, dine together, and enjoy each others company. We are very happy that we paid to heat the pool. I missed that the grill was an add on, but we resolved that on day 2 when they delivered the grill in 24hrs. The QR codes at the entry gates were challenging, but they works most of the time Communication with the host was very easy and prompt.

We went for a weekend getaway and we enjoyed a relaxing weekend. We were able to stay in the house and enjoy quality time and the same time there’s 2 club houses to enjoy

House was in a great location with awesome amenities. Pool was a must for the days we weren't off at the parks. 20 minutes on avererage from everything. I think having to pay extra for a gas grill or for the hot tub to be heated was a bit much, but it is what it is. The house was clean with a couple of small issues. There was a 1/2 smoked joint left on the window sill in the pool area and the carpet in the house has to go. Although it appeared to be clean, I dont like carpet in rental units. The gates to get in and out of the complex never work correctly and its a pain in the ass. Game room and movie theatre are great. All the utensils in the kitchen make it easy to have a few meals at the house. In my haste to book something last minute, I only checked the reviews on vrbo and didnt check the google reviews. Needless to say I was in the pool at the rental house when I checked google and was blown away at the amount of bad reviews they recieved. I can't speak for those, but I would definately rent again.

We met as a mostly adult family of 10 people from all over the country. This house was an excellent choice to give everyone their own space, and the young adults really enjoyed the pool, theatre and game room. The kitchen was well equipped enough for family meals and everything in the house worked well. It was a perfect place for our family reunion.

The property that we stayed at was very clean met all of our needs. We had a great time inside and around the pool area of our house, location. The properties around us and the amenities regarding the community pool were not so good the bathrooms were completely unusable there were infants with dirty diapers in the pool there was filth in the pool. I think we stayed there for about five minutes. Our neighbors were very loud. We did not complain because it was just them having a good time. The houses are just very close together. But overall, it was a nice property inside and it suited our needs fine.

Our extended family met up in Florida and this was a great property. Plenty of space and nicely decorated. We had a hard time deciding how to spend our time - in the game room or pool, using resort amenities or exploring the area (was very close to Disney).

There were 10 of us including 4 children ages 4 to 11. As soon as the kids walked in- ok ran in-they were blown away! The arcade with space capsule bunks were so cool The Star Wars room detail was a kids dream room out our little princess adored the frozen room. We ALL loved the movie theater- such a cool place to watch family movies and the Olympics. The pool provided hours of fun and refreshment after long park days . The owner management group was responsive to our questions and really really appreciated the easy check out. On the other side - the resort itself and the home and ground’s exterior look a little tired. From issues With the scanner at the gates, a lack of landscaping, many buildings desperately needing power washing and a coat of paint and lastly the team at the resort amenities office Yikes!! Really not hospitable or welcoming. I recognize that our owner does not control all listed factors but an experience is measured beyond just the rented home. Many reviews mentioned similar issues and several employees were complaining about new rules and policies which might indicate a new management company. Sincerely hope that if that’s the case they are paying attention to common complaints and suggestions

House was exactly as expected from the photos and maybe even better. Great property for the entire family! Location was about 18 mins to Magic kingdom with a little traffic otherwise easy riding in. Would suggest they have more towels and hand rags given families this size coming in. Having a second washing machine was unexpected but a great add. The beds in the game room have fans but need to be replaced. I really think these should be replaced given how warm the room gets with all the gaming machines on. We ended up buying a fan due to this. Overall though great house!

Lilia was a pleasure to communicate with. Overall, the house was great with its accommodations and the kids loved the pool, game room, and community water park. However, the reason for the four-star rating (rather than the five) is due to a couple of minor issues that came up. 1 - The community gate was broken during our stay. Of course, this wasn’t in the hands of the property owner, but it was rather inconvenient having to constantly go to the main entrance to get to the property and would add about 5 minutes to our commute. 2- The AC broke on the second level and went up to 82 degrees. Lilia was super responsive and was able to get someone out the next day to get it fixed and even offered to move our family to another house for the night. 3- The shower wasn’t working on the first-floor master bath (walk-out to the pool). Lilia offered to have someone come and take a look, but we were fine using another shower in the house. 4- The pin code to the house changed during our stay and we were locked out for over thirty minutes – we had to wait for someone in our party to open the door from inside. We also saw our passcode displayed on the lockbox located to the right of the front door which was very concerning. This happened two nights before we checked out, so it’s possible the property owner’s team thought we were checking out a day earlier. Overall, the issue was resolved and they gave us a new passcode. Almost perfect stay, thanks Lilia!

Came here with 2 other families. House was amazing and clean! We all had plenty to do in the house and around the area. Management had wonderful communication. We had the best time and only wished we had booked for longer! We would definitely stay here again!
