I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our villa provides us with a view of one of the holes on the golf course. The October weather was fantastic with no rain during our two week stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1870 St Andrews Commons is a great location. While there were a couple items such as window screens that aren't tight and the outdoor grill wouldn't work with the outdoor plug it I nice unit. The neighbors are super friendly.

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at palmetto dunes overall. A few issues for me with the condo. The sleeping pillows were flat. Also a few lights in the lamps were burned out and need replaced. There were also more little bugs I saw crawling on the floor than I would have liked to see. I appreciated the bike and beach chairs for us to use and the proximity to the beach and shops etc at shelter cove.

Nicely decorated with updated furnishings, new appliances and kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd want. We liked St. Andrew's Commons for its easy access to all Palmetto Dunes activities and restaurants.

Great rental unit, very clean, updated, comfortable, beachy, convenient to everything. Would stay in this unit again. Downside was that the rental unit did not tie to the resort, so use of heated pools, hot tubs, workout facilities and other were not available to us.
