This was the perfect condo for our family of 4 for spring break. Sea pines is the place to be and we were so close to everything! The tv didn’t work and the property manager came the next day with a new tv and fabulous communication! Loved it!

This condo had everything we needed and wanted for our family of 8. The space was comfortable, clean, & spacious but cozy. The proximity to the pool was a huge plus, and Publix, Harris Teeter, & Starbucks were a quick drive (always nice!). Biking to Harbor Town was a nice for a shorter ride. Would absolutely rent this condo again.

We love Hilton Head and were very happy that the house was very nice and clean when we walked in. There was no real cofee maker, only a Kureg. The kitchen was stocked very minimally. No large bowls for popcorn, or any larger size pots. One of the legs of the living room table had a crack in it so big, we thought it would fall off any minute, so we were constantly worried about it when trying to play a game or whatnot. The cushions on the sofa and chairs were also very well worn. This is a 70's style home with an atrium in the middle of the home, as seen on the photos. What is not seen is that the atrium is completelly open at the top. no roof or skylight. This keeps the home from being well insulated with the AC as well as it allows pests to come in. While roaches or palmetto bugs are common in Hilton Head, what is not common nor pleasant to see are the bugs that come out at night UNDER THE WOODEN ROTTEN FLOOR BOARDS in the atrium. This means that there are likely palmetto bugs that live under the floorboards and also in the walls of the home. Had I known that the home was this way I would not have booked it. There were several outlets that did not work, several ceiling lights that were not working AND electrical issues that would not be code like having a CEILING FAN IN THE SHOWER or a sconce ABOVE a shower head. All that being said, we had a great time and felt like it was cleaned well, however it seems like the home needs to continue to undergo some major renovations for it to be ok for people to feel truly comfortable and want to stay at this home again.

Visited 6/22-6/29/2024. Super hot and humid in HHI that week, A/C worked great. Unit was clean and development was quiet. Pool was nice and never busy. Parking passes for Sea Pines were ready for pick-up at the Vacasa office, very easy). Minor inconveniences - multiple remotes had dead batteries, lots of light bulbs burned out, kitchen missing some basic items (large bowls, potato peeler) - none of these things wrecked our stay, but they were a pain. Listing is also off with number of beds and baths - unit actually sleeps 12 (downstairs King, down stairs pull out couch), upstairs King, Upstairs pull out couch, two twin beds both with trundles). There are three full baths, one for each bedroom. It's a nice place and I would definitely recommend.

Pretty enjoyable location. Had a few issues, one was addressed quickly, the other was not. They had to send out cleaning crew after our arrival as it was clear immediate from our feet that it had not been mopped very well in a while. -There was no 2nd king sized sheet set we could use, and this was not addressed. - The location could use a few more typical kitchen supplies. There was no large mixing/salad bowl type dish. There was a Keurig / Coffee pot, but no filters

Great price for 3 bed 3 bath rental. Located steps from Twin Oaks shared pool. Easily bike to Harbour Town, Lawton Stables or South Beach. We visited mid-August and it wasn’t at all crowded. Very quiet and peaceful area with plenty of food and activities close.

Property was spacious and quiet. Right next to the pool which the kids loved. Haul to the beach was more than anticipated. No parking near the beach within sea pines. It was the only real hurdle if taking multiple chairs, coolers, tents to beach for the day.
