Great experience! Check in and check out were seamless. Lori was awesome and very easy to get a hold of. The home is huge. Our party was 20 had plenty of room. Great stay

The house had more than enough space so we weren’t stepping on each other toes. I really love the area the house was in. I definitely will be booking this house again in the near future

The Villa was gorgeous and very convenient to the beach. Lori was extremely helpful with any questions I had and was more than willing to help. Will defiantely visit again.

I can’t say enough about how perfect this property was! To save time I’m going copy what I wrote to the owner-We loved this vacation home so so much!!! You made our vacation perfect and have literally thought of everything! The two refrigerators are a game changer, as well as supplying the sheets, beach and bath towels! We loved the dishes, and truly appreciated the amount of silverware you supplied as well as all the utensil a family may need!The way you’ve furnished the place was beautiful, and my daughters loved your choices in accent pillows ! All the king beds as well as the two queens were very very comfortable. I loved the quilts on each bed as well. The amount of seating at the table and the bar was perfect! The tvs in every room, and hairdryers in each bathroom were very much appreciated!And the ceilings fans in every room were also fantastic! We will definitely stay in your wonderful property again!!See

The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our group of 13. Location was convenient and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked, this is the first unit we’ve stayed in that had everything you’d ever need. Definitely will look in to staying again!

Our stay was amazing! The whole place is awesome. Knowing the condo is stocked with all the beach items and the kitchen has all the things you need is such a relief. Lori and Jeff are fantastic to deal with and were there when we needed to call. We are already planning our next family trip. So blessed to have been able to stay here this week for the second time. Hope to have many more family vacations here. Love all the space. We had 14 people and we never felt like we needed more room. Thank you so much Lori and Jeff for having us!!!!

Easy check in process, fast responses from the Property Manager l, very short walk to the beach m, very nice pool with a hot tub overall amazing stay!

The villa is in a great location, close to the beach and many restaurants, shops, etc. The unit is large, nicely accommodating our party of 9. The inside is in good condition, but could use some updates and maybe a deep cleaning. The floors needed a good scrubbing and that gave the place a bit of a grimey feel.The owner was very responsive, replying quickly to all our questions and needs.

The pictures do not truly show how much space this villa has! The large table and kitchen counter with many stools allow big groups to all eat together and play games together. The villa was very nice and clean, the balconies were great and the walk to the beach was super short and easy. It was also very easy to do some grilling! The owner is very kind and responsive. Highly recommend this villa!

Great condo in North Myrtle Beach. 8 bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms and nice large sitting area. Perfect for a guys golf trip!

We had a family stay that included 3 children and 10 adults. Everyone enjoyed the villa and we had a good time. Close to everything we needed or wanted.

Great place for a large group. Everthing in the unit worked and lots of beach towels and chairs. If i had one criticism, I would say the pool could be better kept up. Over great stay and I would recommend to others.

Villa was very spacious for our group of family and friends (14 adults, 5 children). Short walk to beach and a couple restaurants near by. Unfortunately, due to weather (Hurricane Debby), we could not enjoy beach or other attractions as much as we had planned. Would stay here again if we get back this way!

It is a great property. We had a wonderful time.

Tons of room short distance to the beach

We wanted a house right on the beach because we were bringing our 85 year old mom. However, this house is right behind the houses on the beach and there's a road that separates the houses. There didn't seem to be too much traffic so getting to the beach was not an issue. It was a super short walk. There seemed to always be a nice breeze blowing through. The house was awesome! All of us hung out on the main floor and played cards, cooked, or watched tv, and it never seemed crowded...very large living area. There are all kinds of pots and pans for cooking. Having beach chairs was a wonderful convenience. We didn't bring any and was happy to see that the chairs were provided. We had 4 cars...3 medium size and 1 large. We never had a problem getting a parking space. The beds are super comfy. As a matter of fact, a couple people in our group used to have back pain but during vacation, their backs felt great. They realized the mattresses at their own homes must be the issue...lol. The owner, Lori, was very responsive. Everything was wonderful, and I highly recommend this place!

Had a good time staying here for our mother's 75th birthday. Had a small hiccup with the plumbing but the handyman and plumber that were provided were great and very quick. The ability to go right across the street to the beach via the public acess was very convienient. Lots of room for all of us.

We had a great vacation. The house was very spacious and had all the room we needed for my large family.
