Our bright and contemporary Heart Villa offers the quintessential Sarasota downtown and beach experience. It is nestled among tropical trees in a charming cul-de-sac in the historic Laurel Park – right in the heart of downtown with amazing restaurants, boutiques, and sights to offer. Several beautiful white sand beaches are just a very short ride away! And the villa's private garden is the perfect place to enjoy alfresco dining!

A real Floridian haven framed by manicured gardensdotted with palm trees awaits you as you pull into the private carport of Heart Villa. The chic white wood and turquoise immediately transports you to the ocean from the moment you enter, and the sun-filled open-plan layout enables you to make the most out of your stay together with your group.

This contemporary, incredibly inviting 2-Bedroom villa comes equipped with all the latest mod-cons for a relaxing and carefree stay and sleeps 6 guests in total. We’ve added some additional touches to enhance your stay, such as complementary coffee and bottles of water on arrival!

◼ Choose from 2 bright and lovingly decorated bedrooms inspired by maritime life, with comfy beds and ample storage. ​Bedroom 2 is adjacent to the dining room and features soundproof glass and privacy shades. It opens up to a private patio and garden hideaway where you can put your grill-skills to the test, or just enjoy the gorgeous weather. Off the patio you’ll also find a separate laundry room with in-unit washer and dryer. Back inside, the bright and modern bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and rain shower head with stylish fixtures.

◼ The living/dining room features an elegant dining table and a cozy sofa (which doubles as an air mattress sofa-bed for 2) and 2 reclining chairs in front of a 50” TV with full Cable and Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon, etc). The perfect spot to gather your friends and family. You’ll naturally have access to hi-speed Wi-Fi throughout your stay as well.

◼ The modern kitchen boasts brand-new stainless steel appliances – including a large fridge/freezer so you can stock up for your stay, and you’ll appreciate not one but TWO coffee-machines (one with an Espresso machine) at your disposal.

If you get tired of cooking yourself, Downtown, with its amazing gastronomy scene, is right on your doorstep (recently voted one of the best food scenes in the U.S.)!

You’ll especially love the secluded backyard surrounded by palm trees, foliage, and beautiful night lighting ​– a perfect place to savor your freshly brewed morning coffee and enjoy al fresco dining with your tribe! ​Here you’ll find a dining table for 6, along with a fire pit, lounge chairs, and BBQ to make the most out of the Sarasota weather.
