The Space:

Please note: This home reflects a traditional Mexican style. You’ll find classic tile work, simple kitchens, and older fixtures that are fully functional but not recently updated. It offers a warm, authentic feel—but may not suit guests looking for modern or luxury finishes.



This spacious 4-bedroom villa is designed for groups who want room to spread out while still staying connected. Guests will have access to the first two floors of the home, each with its own living area, kitchen, and bedrooms—ideal for multiple families or groups traveling together.



Outside, the home opens into a lush tropical garden centered around a large private pool. It’s an easy place to spend the day—whether you’re cooling off after the beach, grilling in the evening, or simply relaxing under the palms. The layout makes it easy to gather as a group while still having private spaces to unwind.



Important: The owner has a private and separate space located on the third floor of the property. The main guest areas remain private and exclusively for your use during your stay. Due to this possibility, the property rate has been adjusted to offer an excellent value for guests.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the first two floors of the property (4 bedrooms), as shown in the listing photos and described above, along with the private pool, tropical garden, and on-site parking. No areas are shared. The third floor is currently closed off due to ongoing roof work and is not part of your reservation. In the future, this level may be opened to include additional bedrooms, but it is not accessible at this time.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Bucerías’ Golden Zone, you’re just a short walk from the beach, local cafes, restaurants, and small shops. The area has a relaxed, neighborhood feel while still being close to everything—perfect for guests who want to explore on foot and enjoy the local rhythm of town.



Getting Around:

Most of Bucerías is walkable from the house, especially the beach and Golden Zone. For exploring nearby areas like Sayulita or Punta Mita, having a car is helpful. The property includes secure parking, and taxis/rideshare are easy to find.



Other Things to Note:

This is a traditional-style home, not modern.

Kitchens are fully functional but simple.

The third floor is not accessible and is not included in the rental.
