The second floor of a private three-story building in San José del Cabo, a short walk from the marina. Three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and exclusive access to a private pool and rooftop terrace that no one outside the Tormenta building can use.

Of the building`s three suites, 202 has the most comfortable living room setup — a wide sofa, a large Smart TV, and an open plan that keeps the dining table and kitchen in easy range. The design is coastal without being heavy-handed: mahogany cabinetry, travertine floors, marlin prints, and a dining table that seats the unit without crowding. The guest bath on this floor has a diamond-pattern travertine tile border, a small distinction that shows each suite was finished with some individual attention.

The bedrooms have queen beds and individual A/C. The primary bedroom is the warmest in the building — solid walnut headboard, matching nightstands, ceramic lamps on each side. At this floor level, the windows open toward the palm canopy and sky, with the quality of light and sense of elevation noticeably better than the ground floor.

The pool and rooftop are private to Tormenta guests. The rooftop has a full bar, outdoor grill, lounge seating, and views that span the Sea of Cortez, the marina, the city of San José, and the sierra.

The Marina Puerto Los Cabos is a short walk — fishing charters, waterfront restaurants, water taxis. Downtown and the Art District are minutes further. Thursday nights, the Art Walk brings the neighborhood to life with gallery openings, live music, and food vendors along Calle Obregón.
