On the ground floor is a large living and dining room, with ample seating on a comfortable sofa and a 10-seater dining room table. This allows the opportunity to relax and watch the 50 flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV, or to dine inside. This individually designed villa also benefits from an open-plan TV lounge. The fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped to meet your every need.

Outside, opposite to the pool house, there is a sala with ample seating and 8-seater table for alfresco dining.
