Both bedrooms offer en-suite baths and direct deck access. The primary suite features a king bed and peaceful ocean views, while the guest room includes two queen beds—ideal for families or friends.

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your key to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

What Costs Extra: Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

In the event that the Mayor of Seabrook Island issues a mandatory evacuation, a prorated refund will be provided for the nights affected. Please note that this policy applies only to official evacuation orders and does not cover other weather-related travel disruptions. To protect your trip against unforeseen weather events, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance

    Property was lovely, perfectly situated, just as described and pictured online. Balcony was a terrific place for morning coffee and family dinners in the evening. Right across the street from the club pool and close access to beach. Parking so convenient and covered. We loved our stay!

    Great location and very clean property. We have spent a lot of time on Kiawah, but Seabrook is just as nice. We would stay here again. Would suggest that the property upgrades its pots and pans and general cooking instruments. Again, we would stay here again.

    The furniture is a bit dated, but the property was as described and the management was very accommodating with great communication. I would highly recommend this property for families and people traveling with a dog. The property grounds are very walkable with dog potty stations easily accessible. We had a great time.

    It was a great weekend getaway! Everything we needed and perfect location, with gorgeous views!! I will say finding the actual condo was a little challenging but that could be solved with signage on the property. Loved the amenity card concept, the communication about submitting information for the cards wasn't super clear, and while the reality office was beyond helpful and friendly, those we encountered working in the amenities office were less so. Not that it could spoil our weekend but, I would say that their customer service skills could definitely use some work. That being said, we loved the whole place, the condo, the beach, the pool, and Seabrook Island as a whole, the rest of the family was jealous and want us to come back for Mother's Day!

    Just what we needed for a quick getaway. The unit is clean and has the essentials. Loved the deck and the view in the morning and in the afternoon. Great spot to have a quiet time. If you’ve never been to the island, just be aware there’s not much in the way of amenities around you but enough if you’re just having a low-key week. Definitely bring bikes as you can bike everywhere.

    Super location with easy walking distance to pool, beach, restaurants and golf. Property was clean with great amenities. We loved starting each day on the extra large deck with morning coffee and beautiful views. We will definitely be back.

    As others noted, this unit is very nicely decorated, has a well stocked kitchen and provided beach chairs and other toys for those with smaller children. It is perfectly situated across from the beach club/pool as well as beach access.... however, pay attention to the tide schedule as the ocean waves come all the way up to the stairs at Boardwalk 7 during high tide. The beach club is a perfect solution having the pool and a sandy beach area with! Communication and details related to the Seabrook Island community have all been great as well.
