This Seascape villa is just steps to the beach and conveniently located in West Beach Village. However, there is no pool access.
There is a king bed and a sleeper sofa in this upstairs villa with a raised ceiling in the living room and screened porch. The bathroom is bright and clean with a walk in shower. The screened porch is already our favorite room - perfect for morning coffee or an evening beverage.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024This was the perfect place for our week getaway! VERY CLOSE to the beach; the side walk beside the unit takes you straight to boardwalk 7 onto the beach just a 2 min walk. Cozy accommodations made it feel as comfortable as home. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware for meals in. Spacious screened porch with additional seating made it feel even bigger. Highly recommend and would return again!

The only negative was furniture in the living room: sofa and arm chair are quite old and not comfortable to sit at all and so is the mattress with was uncomfortable to sleep on. Stayed Sep 9, 2023We had a wonderful trip in this condo at Kiawah. It is in a beautiful and quiet area with many lovely trees and a close beach path with a very wide beach. The condo was immaculate, well furnished, and in a perfect location. The sceened in porch was also a nice place to relax. The owner was very helpful and made renting so easy. We would definitely stay here again.
