Tiny house on two floors with a private fenced garden, located in a village with a shared swimming pool, at approximately 900mt from the beach. On the ground floor you'll find a small but well-equipped kitchen, an eating area, a double sofa bed and full bathroom with shower. On the first floor you'll have two bedrooms with a double bed each, a spacious balcony anda bathroom. It comes with A/C, washing machine and one uncovered and numbered parking spot.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
