The property is beautiful and just like photos, home away from home amenities, indeed a pleasure staying there

Some things need fixing like the ice maker, and the living room switches should be labeled; the bathroom fixtures need an upgrade and the hot water is low pressure. But overall I would recommend. The host needs to be more responsive to pre-arrival questions.

We were very comfortable and felt very safe, some of the amenities listed were not seen, barbecue grill was not functional and door lock needs replacing.

House was very comfortable for group of elderly ones.

Absolutely beautiful, really clean has been remodeled so it's even nicer than the pictures, pool was wonderful and warm, good communication from the host. The area is really picturesque with the lakes and bridges.

The direction given was incorrect as well as the wifi password so we took some time finding the property. We arrived just after 2pm for check in however was told we had to wait an additional 2 hours for the property to be ready as it was still being cleaned from the previous guests. There is no way to reach the host as all messages go unanswered so we just had to wait (the caretaker was pleasant though). A lot of the doors on this property do not have handles which was upsetting because we wanted the doors opened at times and some of the lights did not work. Also please be aware that all the toilet areas have blinds on the windows which are very see through once the lights are on, therefore the lights need to be kept off when using the toilets. The property overall needs some maintenance and better communication. I would definitely stay in this area again as there are a lot of other vacation properties in the area however I wouldn’t stay in this house again.

Great stay

The place needs some work on the door locks. It didn't feel safe. The pillows needed replacing smelled bad. There were a few small other issues, but it's not bad for the price. I would rent again.

Very quiet...Clean....Well kept...Enjoyed the stay there very much.

It was communicated days in advance for our arrival time and request for check in instructions. No feedback was given. After much difficulty & having to call internationally through the Vrbo provider & having to wait a long period by security since they had no idea we were arriving, we checked into the house. We always stay at Samaan Grove, and this is the first time we have had this experience. The WiFi was not working as well & after contacting the host continuously, it was rectified after the second day.The house was nice and generally clean. However the back yard and bar area were filthy and we had to do a clean up ourselves before use.

Beautifully decorated home with a lovely pool. Easy check in as well.

The property was very clean and modern. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Directions for location of property on this site was not accurate. Communication with property manager was not successful via this site until the second day of staying. No response to confirmation of how access property prior to check in. The property was not ready at 9pm on day of check in and the host had no record of the booking until the next morning. In the moment, we were left with no other option but to make separate private accommodation for the first night of stay. The host reimbursed one night accommodation and a small inconvenience payment.

I would have loved to say with assurance that I will definitely be staying here again because the house and accommodation is beautiful, spacious and all the amenities are well thoughtful.... However a huge drawback was that this villa has no WIFI connection (the password the host gave, never worked).... also, the main door at the side had a broken door knob which means that anyone could have entered at anytime day or night which was preety uncomfortable as its the second to last house down in the back (even though its a gated community).... thirdly, there is no communication or access to the host or housekeeper so you are basically on your own..... fourth thing is that the pool is smallish but basically 6feet deep so its not for children or adults that cannot swim...but for the price point, of the above mentioned are not issues for you, you will have a tremendous time.

On entering the property we was overwhelmed with the beauty of the area and amazed with the home especially inside it was so welcoming loved the decor the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was very clean and fully loaded with cooking materials pool was very private and very clean I give this place 100% will definitely stay here in the future and recommend to friends and family

Place was very clean, there was a few things that needed to be fixed but overall it did not stop my family and I from having a good stay.
