This amazing luxury villa is located in the heart of Protaras just 4 minutes walk to the Main Strip

We had a great stay at the villa in a great location. The property manager was very prompt in dealing with the small issue we had. Would have gave it 5 stars but there are tiles missing in the pool resulting in a couple of minor cuts on feet and the large bed by the pool could do with either replacing or painting as it is a bit scruffy looking.

We did not rent the property we cancelled 8 wks ago due to my son being diagnosed with bowel cancer

Enjoyed our stay as location was good for evening entertainment, although the small road we were on was quite noisy during the day prob because a lot of building work was going on so trucks/cars up and down the road from early morning. Hopefully this will improve once work has been completed. The villa had a lovely clean and large pool and surrounding area. The villa was fine although bedrooms and bathrooms were a bit dated. There was a big ant problem throughout the 2 weeks so we were continually spraying to keep them down. However we did overall enjoy our stay and would go back again.

Good location,other villas around you so its not remote,nice safe area,local residents too.One thing,Sofa is small for 6/8 people but we enjoyed outside space anyway.Good contact with Victoria,she is contactable day and night for any questions or help.We will use Home and Away again.

The location of the villa was good and it was lovely and quiet. Neither of the showers worked correctly, we had to find something to hold the shower thing up. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have the basics when we arrived. We also had a lot of fun playing table tennis by the pool. The size of the pool was great and there was plenty of space around it to relax.

This villa was amazing, perfect location and perfect size for our party of 7. It has changed my views on where I stay as from now on I will be staying in a villa rather than apartments or hotel whenever I can. Myexclusivevillas. com were amazing, they helped us out whenever we needed it sorting everything out for us including transfers in a private taxi to a late check out at no extra cost. If we come back again we will definitely be using them.

We are a family of 5 and spent a week at the property...It is a lovely property that is clean and suited All our needs...Just s 10 min stroll from the strip which has some really lovely Restaurants. The owners were really helpful and nothing was to much trouble.

Eight of us (family) spent two weeks in the villa and loved it, great location, very clean, pool was always being kept in good condition, the villa has everything you need to live in. Great communication with the owners, they even helped us with a late stay at no extra charge,Would deffo go again. All the best Jason & Denise

Villa is in an ideal location, very clean and tidy, a quiet location but literally minutes from the centre of protaras, it has everything you need for a great break, washing machine could do with being upgraded but everything was great. Highly recommended staying here
