This third floor Penthouse is right in the middle of the complex in building two, with phenomenal views of the grounds and Atlantic beyond. The large entryway leads you into a huge open plan great room. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, love seat and additional seating, flat screen Tv and sliding doors to the oversized balcony with ocean views. The dining room seats eight and leads into a very large and bright kitchen. The kitchen has tons of counter space, a large island, seating for six at the bar, and access to a very large laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

The first of four bedrooms is located just off the entryway. This room has a king size bed, TV, large walk in closet and a private bath with double vanity, walk in shower and large soaking tub. The second guest room has two queen beds, TV, walk in closet and a private bathroom with double vanity, soaking tub and walk in shower. The third guest bedroom has two twin beds and will use the powder room in the hallway or a bathroom in one of the other guest rooms. The master bedroom features a King bed, TV, sleeper sofa, access to the large balcony and a private bathroom with separate his and hers bathrooms with a shared extra large shower.

    The location of this penthouse is fantastic — the shops are right across the street, so there’s really no need to drive anywhere. Parking was also very easy, which made coming and going simple.That said, there are several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. When we first arrived, there was no one around to help us find the apartment. If you’ve never been there before, the building feels confusing and unwelcoming — dimly lit halls that almost look abandoned, which gave off a suspicious vibe.Once inside, the penthouse itself is not well maintained and, from a family perspective, doesn’t feel safe for kids. In the kitchen, the vinyl flooring had a large gap that caused my child to stub his toe. The main entry door doesn’t close properly, and the chain lock on the back of the door is broken. The blinds in the living and dining area are old, missing panels, and don’t close, while the curtains in the bedrooms aren’t blackout, which made naps and mornings tough. Several knobs on the kitchen cabinets were loose, and the console/table in front of the couch also had a door hanging off with a loose knob. In one of the guest bathrooms, the towel rack was completely off the wall. Worst of all, my toddler actually found loose screws on the floor — which is frightening as a parent.Overall, the location and parking were great, but the lack of upkeep and basic safety made this stay frustrating. With some maintenance and attention to detail, this place could be much better.

    The best location ever!! I would definitely come back!! However, if I were the owner I would want to know the following: We had an issue with the air not working in one of the master suites the first night (clogged drain pipe) and the company sent someone to fix it the same day I called to let them know. I also told the company that the hall bathroom sink trap was leaking and they had someone else come to look at that, but it continued leaking throughout our stay. I agree with previous review about cleanliness … it could have been cleaner. Additionally, the mattresses were all hard and the kitchen was minimally stocked.

    We had a wonderful time at Seacrest, and the location of the property cannot be beat. PH3 was a great unit for our large family. I would agree with the other reviews in terms of the floors and mattresses. I would have expected the cleaning to be a bit more thorough as well, especially the carpets and floors. Overall, the unit could use some updating, but was very comfortable with beautiful views.

    We enjoyed our stay at Seacrest PH3 very much. This unit is lovely and has terrific beach access. Our primary comment is that the mattresses is all bedrooms need to be updated as they were very hard and uncomfortable. The furniture in the living and deck areas was ok but could also use renewal. Light bulbs need to be checked as some were burned out. For the price paid, these items need to be improved.

    Seacrest is the perfect location for our family. We love the convience of Coligany being right across the street and the beach on the other side. PH3 is a nice condo that can accommodate our whole family. The only issue was the flooring is popping up in multiple places.

    unit needs attention. main floor was buckling, items were left in fridge. TV's did not function properly, however it was large enough & rooms were neat & orderly.

    PH3 was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bar were spacious. The laundry room was very large and is helpful for large families. Our vacation week for all our family was relaxing and delightful. Shops and dining options were within walking distance (just across the street). And the iconic Piggly Wiggly grocery store was less than two blocks away. The owners may consider changing the two full beds in the middle room to a king bed...giving PH3 three king rooms plus the two kids beds in the fourth room. This would allow equal rooms for parents and two adult children plus grandchildren.
