Stayed Aug 17, 2025The house was absolutely gorgeous. We have been staying in Windsor Hills at least annually for 6 years now and this was, by far, our favorite house to date. The theming was done beautifully and the house was in pristine condition. My kids loved the game room and pool. We would 100% stay here again.

Stayed Oct 22, 2024Windsor Enchantment is laid out perfectly for 3 teens, grandma (on main floor) and mom & dad to have their own spaces, with room to spare. It was easy to take our two dogs on walks around the neighborhood. The pool/spa is a relaxing spot which is screened-in to even enjoy at night. And the fun was the game room with a variety of arcades everyone in our family played. It will be a home I would love to return to.

Stayed May 18, 2024The house was amazing and slept 9 perfectly! The house is in a perfect location with a quick drive to all the parks and the safety of a gated community is a plus. Our kids loved the themed rooms and all of us enjoyed the private pool and large arcade. I think the adults played more games than the kids. The house rules are very easy and communication with Colleen was super easy. Would love to stay again and highly recommend to anyone.

Stayed Mar 1, 2024This home is beautifully decorated and I have never stayed in a house that was so well stocked. If you are looking for a Disney experience this house will give that to you along with a pinch of Harry Potter. The only thing that would have made it better is if we could have heated the pool later in the day. The pool was cold by 9:30 at night so we couldn’t come home from the parks and swim. We have stayed in many homes in Windsor Hills and always ask for pool heat to run 10:00 to 10;00 I have never had a host tell me they couldn’t adjust the timing of the pool heat but unfortunately that was the case here. Our stay was early March so pool heat was necessary when the sun went down. Unfortunately it was set from 8:00 to 8:00 and we were in the parks for most of that time. This wouldn’t be an issue if our stay was during the warmer months.
