Great location, mini mart close by, Wally knows the island very well. Ocean clear, clean sand, away from tourist.

Enjoyed being away from philipsburg craziness but walkable if you wanted to shop or go to eat. Convenient market for shopping Loved the quietness of beach and enjoyed the pool.

Don't hesitate to book this!!!Spotlessly clean unit - not even a single grain of sand in the unit when we arrived!Lots of towels and beach towels provided. For our days exploring, the Rubbermaid water jug kept the water to refill our drinking bottles cold. Huge laundry basket simplified taking the snorkel and beach gear when we explored other beaches.Extraordinarily well stocked kitchen. Thank you for the few goodies to eat upon our arrival. Comfortable beds. Lovely bedding and pillows.Comfy outdoor seating; fan in the ceiling of the covered area.Nice pool. Pool noodles provided.Heaven to step out of bed, put on a bathing suit, stroll out the patio door, through the beach gate and right on to the sand and then into the ocean. Didn't even take a towel as so close! Gentle waves and sandy entry - a definite plus to stay on this beach. Beach in front of complex never busy, not even with six huge cruise ships in port.Wally and Serge were both super helpful. Communication with Pat and Larry was easy and quick. We were never left wondering about anything. Easy to park rental car on the street outside the complex. The surrounding area was quiet (unless a car occasionally went by with blaring music) and safe. Walking distance to fully stocked market shop, or a few minutes drive to the big Carre-Four. We ate out only four of 21 meals as we were happy to BBQ at the unit and sit out at one of the patio tables and eat. WE WOULD ABSOLUTELY BOOK THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

My husband and I recently stayed here with our two children (ages 3 and 4) and had the best time! Our kids loved the pool and there’s pool floats already there. Other guests were very kind. We are from the States, but most others at the villas seemed to be from Canada.. most all were returning guests! The host and owner were so welcoming! The unit is well maintained and modern. It was very clean. They provide the essentials you need to get started, and there’s a corner market across the street for day to day items you may need, in addition to other grocery options nearby. We had a rental car so that had to be parked on the street out front. We felt very safe and secure the entire time. The property is code gated with cameras and security. A short walk down to Philipsburg shopping and dining area (which I would be cautious of at dark just like anywhere else in the world). Watched the jet skis, cruise ships, yachts, and other boats in the water daily. Woke up with coffee by sunrise daily on the patio, balcony, or beach. Grilled out a few evenings. Short drive to marina for boat tours. Two blocks over from UTV tours. Will definitely be back!

The Villa was charming and situated in an ideal location—proximate to the lively boardwalk activities yet distant enough to maintain a tranquil atmosphere. I would certainly consider returning for a week. Wally was fantastic, consistently available for any assistance we required.

My wife and I booked the Villa for our honeymoon trip and it did not dissappint. First of all, Wally is an absolute gem! He was waiting outside for us when we pulled up with our rental car. He was very knowledgable about the island and suggested some places/restaurants to go to. He was very attentive whenever I had a question about anything. Secondly, the Villa was perfect. We did not bring another couple with us, but even if we had there is way more than enough room for 2 couples. The area is pretty much what I expected for an island. A lot of locals and pretty busy street, but everyone was nice. Nice boardwalk with shopping and bars. One down side to the location was bars/restaurants close early due to being in a cruise dependant area. Overall it was 10/10 will totally go again!

Just as advertised! Great accommodations, convenient to everything, villa had everything we needed. Property Manager Wally always available for help with anything at all. Great trip and weather was fantastic. Very relaxing getaway!

Perfect location! Very quiet at end of beach yet only a short walk into the tourist district. Best equipped place we ever rented. Wally is very helpful and accommodating. Would recommend 100%.
