White Sand Villa offers a quiet, updated retreat within the renowned Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort. With 1,500 square feet of living space and three full bathrooms, it provides the perfect balance of resort amenities and the comfort of home for up to 8 guests.

Located in the interior of the resort, this villa is a peaceful alternative to high-rise living.

Dual Balconies: Both the living area and the master bedroom feature private balconies with new Adirondack seating, overlooking the resort’s water features and the golf course.

Quiet & Spacious: Enjoy 1,500 square feet of room to spread out, featuring blackout curtains for a restful night's sleep and high-speed fiber WiFi for all your devices.

Upgraded Interiors: We have two upstairs bedrooms--one with a king bed and one with two queens--and each has a ceiling fan, smart TV, closet, dresser, and ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a walk in shower.

The villa also features a third remodeled bathroom downstairs with tub/shower combo, plus a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area.

Walkable Conveniences: We are less than 100 years to the Convention Center and Club / fitness center / sport courts, and just outside the secure gates, you’ll find a variety of local favorites, including seafood, pizza, and casual eateries.

Fully Equipped: Includes a private washer/dryer and beach towels for your convenience.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.
